look here and here, official cm nightlies have not been published, yet, but some unofficial builds, like:

crDroid is based on cm11! .. the pa team is working hard, new features are developed and the old one merged into 4.4 source!.. some custom builds are already working almost, but no build for mako, so far :/
please look next time in the forums yourself

I tested it. This bug was already in cm9. So basically all custom aosp roms carry this bug around, since they forked the device tree from cm

I've been using this rom on my note 3 Is there any way an enterprising developer can build from those sources for this tablet? It's an outstanding aosp rom kernel combination.

There isn't currently a stable nightly build for the S5. Devs are still working on fixing issues with the camera. Give them time, it'll be here eventually

If you can't wait you can try the UB team Rom, it's an unofficial CM Rom and my daily rom.

What about the heart beat tracker are they planning to port it to cm?
I can't seem to find anyyyy stable custom ROMs for Redmi Note 4G as of now
Does anyone know when any of the major ROMs like CM will release stable official ROMs for us?

Yes except the OP has a Note 4G not a 3G MTK. The ROMs are not interchangeable.
There is Mokee rom for 4g, its aosp 4.4.4 kitkat and very stable. Working xposed...
