AFAIK.. its not under moderator powers.
he probably reported it to higher up or related person .
besides it won't change in an hour or day . things like that takes time. our moto e is not available in "my devices" either for me.
I reported it to svetius and he said its fixed and its not for me. so its still in process. I'll inform him when I reply I guess.

lol its intensity decreases once body get used to it (6 months or so)

I know lot of threads are open just to make noise around the update but since this morning there is new elements.
I had to update a "motorola update" app on my phone which litteraly is to allow update to lollipop.
There is also a new link to check if lollipop is out for your device according to your provider:

We all need to flood samsung twitter and instagrams with uproar with the lack of support and updates....how do you expect anything to change, if we keep sitting here and waiting....this doesn't make any sense, I can see if this is was major major os improvement to be this long....but it really isnt. We should stand for the future. Samsung needs to support their products better and faster.

Doesn't come up on mobile though for me on 2 browsers I wonder how to see if it's active
I checked the JS earlier and there was something in there like "if !mobile" so it's desktop only. Doubt a phone would generate much anyway.
