Cannot get into recovery

I am trying to flash another ROM and cannot get into recovery when I boot into recovery its just a black screen. I've tried flashify and flashing the Philz Touch Recovery IMG and nothing. ...any help?

Cant get out of fastboot mode

For some reason my nexus 7 keeps bootlooping into this screen here

I installed twrp but cannot get back into it.
If i press power and volume down it just keeps rebooting back to this screen. How do I exit out of it?

Nevermind got it.
Just needed to hold down the power button for 30 seconds

Can't boot into Download Mode

Hello everybody,
I have an A520F which I cannot boot into download mode.
I hold the volume down + home button + power button but it just restarts.
The phone has a lockscreen pin which i forgot, so I can't get into the phone.
You can boot into the recovery menu but you cannot take a hard reset it. If you want to hard reset it then that happens

Can you boot into android?

Visit nearest service center

press volume up and power button at the same time. se if it helps.

How do I get out of COM mode?

I tried using a tool called potatoNV to get a bootloader unlock code but now I cannot get out of COM mode as it always restarts into this mode. power buttons will not do anything but they are working. Can I do anything to unbrick? What can I do in COM mode?
