[Q] help in re-rooting phone - Galaxy Note 3 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Can anyone please help?
I have a Samsung Note 3 SM- n9005 Jellybean 4.3
I successfully rooted the phone about 7 months ago with odin
I tried to run game-cheats I think it was called about 2 months ago and it said it didnt have root privileges and wouldnt find or change the coin values in some games i wanted to play around with. I know i can use modded games and I know how to find "coin/RP etc. value" and change the number that way.
I talked to a technician in a local phone shop and he advised me that the root had not been installed properly. To un-root phone and then re-root it.
I think it was superSU? I had and I pressed the permanent un-root.
I tried to use the same tar file to re-root phone and it boot-looped (SE-android not enforcing caper). which I fixed after searching through the forums for answers
I was very careful to get the correct 4.3 tar file and not the 4.4 file. I have downloaded the file 2 or 3 times and it still bootloops but says PASS.
I have installed CWM.
I have tried to re root phone with Kingo (making sure KIES is turned off), which says phone rooted successfully(but root checker says its not rooted), I then tried framaroot apk, Vroot, rootgenius and another program. (all saying its a tough phone and it cant be rooted)
Why cant the phone be re-rooted?
Has the permanent unroot with superSU done exactly that?
Will getting rid of the bootloop with a recovery tar unroot the phone?
why is odin bootlooping the phone? (I have used the latest odin and I have also tried earlier versions as suggested in some forums)
If I do a factory reset will that be sufficient to allow me to root the phone again?
If I get the official 4.3 quallcom firmware and install that will it let me root the phone again?
if I update to KitKat 4.4 will that let me re-root?
Could I be having troubles because Knox has been tripped?
Im not really worried if I hardbrick the phone, ill just get another one, but im stubborn and I dont really want to let it beat me.
If possible could the reply not be to technical all I really want to do is understand whats happening/what I have done
Then What can I do to re-root the phone? because if what has to be done is to technical it would be easier to get a new phone and start again

flash CF-Autoroot

Have u tried to update supersu from playstore?
if yes and it is still not rooted, try to flash stock firmware as advise, boot into stock recovery after that and do full wipe/factory reset.
after that u shld be able to root.
pls note wiping in srock recovery will erase all ur internal storage.

sammobile seems a ?
hi thanks.
I have tried about 10 times now after opening up an account, to download file from sammobile going to firmware and typing model getting to note 3LTE Telstra model the file wont unzip. What have you got to pay to get a zip that will unzip??? I have just downloaded another zip program both saying errors inside zip
is there any other place that would likely have the telstra file i need?
yes i tried updating SuperSU and it wont update. Reading up on the problem which seems common the answer requires me to copy zip files to sd card and then unzip them inside CWM its now starting to get too technical for me which is why I have started asking you guys questions. I have tried SU update fixer, nothing. and the equivalent for Superuser ,they wont update. Over the last month I have tried uninstalling ,deleting and wiping cache and wiping delvek cache with CWM.
some where inside CWM it said something about press this to root phone what is that for ? or has that to do more with zip files?
and yes I know i can do a factory reset and yesterday i bought an sd card to transfer the game data etc to.
how come using APPMGR111 and APP2sdand they say apps can be transferred to sd card(My sim card) which is much to small to accommodate all the apps but cant be transfered to External card (32 gb card bought yesterday morning) so do I need to do something silly like formatting external SD
Oh, If its important I am only interested in using the phone as a media and game playing device and as such i have turned off the sim card but left it in the phone and transfered the phone number to another simcard and given it to my wife for her S2 which uses a larger card. I just access google play etc through wifi.
also, i have tried using different cables as well as different USB ports, but do you think another computer??? completely. I go back to work next week so anything like that has to be done over the next couple of days while I am home.
And I was told in the shop yesterday when I bought the sd card to tap android version several times because sometimes what you can see (4.3) is different for some reason but it just has a picture of a Jellybean and says 4.3 (the man said here it might say 4.2.1)
will I have to flash stock firmware first? or can i just go strait to factory reset, if I have to go down that road. If so then I wont need to worry about Sammobile and the unzippable file????? I can just do the factory reset strait from CWM?? Or doesnt it work like that??

the zip file from samfirmware.com is not flashable by cwm.
u have to unzip using any of the zip program, till u got the tar or md5 (i forgot ), then flash it from odin. there's instructions on the download page as well.
u can't unzip from cwm.
If u have tried to unzip from any pc software and still can't unzip, means u got a corrupted download.
the factory reset in cwm is different from the stock recovery.

sorry missunderstanding
didnt try to use CWM for flashing am using Odin but zip file wont open to access tar file for odin.
That is what I thought the file I am trying to open is corrupted. My question was, seeing as how the file is corrupted is there anywhere else that I can get the file other than sammobile?
mmmm ok thanks then please just for interest what is the root button for inside CWM?
Sorry my questions do jump around a bit
I also read that nobody has found a way to access the built in recovery mode of note smn9005
that is why we have to use programs like CWM-recovery??
the other coment about factory reset. So georgesmh comment about flashing cf-autoroot. Seeing as how file is corrupted and if I cant get a copy from another source. all I have to do to factory reset is hit that particular button inside CWM? is that correct?
and i think I have an answer for my other question about the sd card the answer is No I cant save the games to the sd card I have lost them if I do a fActory reset. The only way to seems to be is to have a phone that is already rooted to use titanium something or other.
Thats alright really I had fun with the games before and it would be fun to do it again.
doing a factory reset is there any chance I can brick the phone?

this one I don't understand
but, to root with CF-autoroot, you don't need CWM. you only need the correct file for your device and for your firmware from CF-autoroot thread, and flash it through ODIN PC at PDA / AP tab in device download mode.

this one also I'm not quite understand your question
what do you mean by access the built in recovery ?
in N9005, stock (built in) recovery is used for doing factory reset (mainly and mostly), to have a clean internal storage, you have to do factory reset (full wiping - system/data/cache) from stock recovery.
Stock recovery can be used to flash zip files as well, BUT, only those are being digitally signed by Samsung can be flashed here. Otherwise, it won't flash.
Most of custom-ROM, custom-Kernel, custom-MOD, custom-Themes are not digitally signed by Samsung, because this is a 3rd party developers' products (here in XDA, and maybe from other forums). Therefore, to flash these type of zip files, you will need a custom recovery (CWM, Philz touch CWM, or TWRP).

Factory reset, in builtin (stock) recovery, WON'T delete anything on your external SD card. ONLY your internal storage
So if you need a backup of anything, do the one you store inside internal storage.

If you flashed a correct firmware for your device, and doin the factory reset from inside stock recovery, I never heard got ppl can brick the phone by doing this.
This brick thing only happen earlier on Note 1 (due to emmc brick bugs), but not on Note 2 and note 3.
I might be misunderstood of your questions
Sorry if I ever did that

getting back to 3.1.....??????? jessica

I gave up looking. I dont know what happen because i rooted my tab and somehow i cant go back. I did factory reset but no luck. I just wanna go to back to 3.1 so i could update my gtab to 3.2. I know its here in this thread but i cant find it (i tried) . If you could just help me out so i could update to 3.2 that would be a help. THANKS SO MUCH!!!!
JESSICA
Hiya, I haven't done this, but will try to help anyway.
Can I ask first, why do you want to go back to the "factory" state? Do you need to return it?
Edit: coz just having root access does not stop you updating to 3.2...
factoy reseting your device will NOT WIPE SYSTEM and thats were superuser is. You need to Odin flash the firmware of you choiche. thats the best and easiest way, its done in 5 minutes. And i think its wise to not update while rooted as some have reported errors during update and some have not. good luck
Why not just flash Galaxy Task 10 Rom? It's 3.2 and much better than the stock 3.2. All you need is Clockwork Mod installed and you can do that with Odin.
I flashed it with Pershoots kernel and it runs VERY stable. You can also flash it with the stock kernel if you don't want overclocking, etc.
I bricked my galaxy tab. I want to go back to 3.1 so i could update it to 3.2. I dont know much aout hacking so I guess i messed up. Im trying to go back to 3.1 so i could update my tab to 3.2 then root it. However, i couldnt find any thread to fix.
thanks for your all reply. If I used 3.2 rom? will it stay 3.2 if I use other roms? thanks in advance
jessica
Well, a custom rom like Galaxy Task 10 is "3.2" and so yes, it will stay 3.2.
I'd recommend Task's rom, it's much better than the stock 3.2.
And no doubt he will update to Android 4 (IceCream Sandwich) so you'll be able to keep up to date.
Your comments about bricking your device are now confusing the situation.
Can you please write what steps you did (or thought you did), and what your device does or does not do right now?
Also, please be vey specific about what device you have, whether it is 3g+wifi or just wifi. Give us the model number from the box if you do not know.
We'll help, we just need details.
Cheers..
i have the 16gb wifi us version. I used odin and
everything went perfect but still cant update to 3.2 using kies. Kies say your tablet doesnt support firmware upgrade. What I did next is i tried to root my tablet
somehow it wont let me root and giving me this "your storage not prepared yet please use ui menu for format and reboot actions"
I downloaded termulator and root checker to see if im rooted however it says im not. So I cant download any roms or upgraded to rom 3.2.
Ive been searching online to how to fix it for almost 6 hours and cant find a solution. pls help!!! THANKS FOR YOUR HELP GUYS AND I REALLY APPRECIATED!
Jessica

1. Used ODIN to do what? Put in a recovery image? or replace a whole ROM?
2. Is a firmware upgrade available? There isn't for mine, I'm also on a 16g wifi version but no 3.2 FW has been released for my specific model yet...
3. How? By flashing a zip in recovery? Can you post the link to the information you used to do this?
4. These may give false negatives. Check in your apps list to see if you have "SuperUser". If so, run it, it will show you apps that have tried to ask for root access. They may have been asking but you didn't receive the prompt, and have therefore been denied root access. If so, grant them root and try to run them again.
5. Just FYI, you don't need root access to download/install a ROM, you need a "recovery".
Honestly, I think the best thing for you to do (besides answer these questions ) is to download the ROM Galaxy Task 10, boot into recovery, and flash it. That is assuming you do have a recovery image in place, which depends on the answer to #1 above.
i tried everything. it wont let me root the device. Tab keep saying your storage not prepared yet please use ui menu for format and reboot actions. So i cant use any or replace rom. I upgraded my tab to 3.2 before but kies keep saying its not upgradeable. Any suggestions? thanks!
jessica
Sorry, I need specific information to those questions from my previous post. As stated, replacing a rom doesn't need root, it needs a recovery image.
Maybe some screenshots of your tab and/or computer would help? Or photos, if you can't take screenshots?
Sorry, if you won't answer my questions I'm not going to be able to help.
ill try to post some pics. sorry!

Start with answering the questions, please?
Pics can tell about "now" but I need the history too.
Back to Stock,
Here's what I did to get back to stock.
You must choose the files under the GTAB GT7510 /retail/google edition
First you have to install Clock Work Recovery using this link:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1171089
Download the files under FilesForDummies 2 mirrors are listed. These files will help you flash Clockworkrecovery and also the retail recovery is included.
This step needs to be flashed through Odin. You also need to root your device after the flash if your not already rooted. You need the Clock Work Recovery to enter recovery mode so you can flash the Stock Files that I'll point you later.
Once you've flashed the Clockwork recovery you should reboot normally. At this point try to root your device if its not already rooted. Look for OneClickRoot I'll point to that later if you don't already have it.
Not too sure if you need to be rooted as I've always rooted my device before installing roms anyways, but you can try the next steps if your not rooted. If the next steps don't work then reboot and root the device.
Start with your tablet off.
1. Push Powerbutton as soon as you see it startup put your finger on the volume down button and press until you see the android. One side is a box saying recovery the other download. Choose download mode by pushing volume down to choose and up to enter you will be prompted at this time just take if from there. Make sure Odin is up and running, choose the PDA file as Clockwork cm4.04 its that file in the zip you just downloaded and extracted.
2. Flash Clockwork file Clockwork CM4.04 etc... using ODIN should be included in the zipped file you've downloaded. Make sure these files are unzipped in the same folder. Now after flashing the tablet should reboot and it would look normally like it did before except you have clockworkrecovery instead of the stock one.
3. Go back to the link I sent you above and scrool down until you see flashing roms and kernals heading. Click on Stock US Retail Rom, this will download the Stock US Retail 3.1 file for Clockwork. choose : hc-3.1_ota-full_sam file, and then also click on the recovery hc3.1 file.
Put these files in the same folder or somewhere where you can find them. Not sure if these are already in the file you downloaded above, if they are then don't have to download these.
4. Unzip the files and make sure you remember where they are.
5. With your tablet on and plug into your usb port transfer the hc-3.1 ota file you've just downloaded and put it into the root directory of your tablet. It should not be in any folders just in the /SD folder.
5. Now turn off the tablet, once off push power button again and enter recovery this time choosing the left android with the box. Push left button to choose and right volume button to enter. Now you should be in clockwork recover orange writing. Now look for update from Sd card, use volume button left to choose and right to enter. Click then you should see the file you've copied on your sd card of your tablet. Click down and then use left volume button to choose.
6. Once there it should start flashing the Stock Rom, once done it will return you to where you started, at this point you can choose to wipe data/ cache etc. You can do that to make sure you've clear everything in your tablet before you actually reboot. Once done choose reboot and your tablet should be back to stock but not just yet.
7. You could leave Clockwork on there or you can go directly back to stock by doing the same steps from 1 and 2 and flash the STock Recovery instead. This will bring the tablet right back to HC3.1 and Retail Stock. From this point on you can flash up to 3.2 etc.
Hope this helps but I can't go into it in any length as I'm hoping you know most of the terminolgy.
There is also videos on this link to help you.
nice
I suspect that if we see screenshots, that the wrong recovery has been flashed right from the start.

Recovery / Bootloader

Ok, i realize i have a different phone from this thread but it is close and my problems closely reflect the issues ive seen with the Galaxy S.
A little background. Im no perfect i know what im doing when it comes to rooting. I have an HTC Tbolt and rooted many of those, an older touch pro 2, and this is first time doing a samsung. I am getting the hang of ODIN (i wish everyone would just use this program instead of bouncing back and forth between heimdall and ODIn but whatever) Im liking ODIN cause it works well. I was successful at flashing a new rom into this Samsung phone. 95% of it worked, wifi i think didnt but everything else worked. While trying to fix the phones wifi somehow i have stopped the phone from booting into CMW recovery unless forced or booting into a rom. I can get into CMW but i must hold down the Vol Down button to get there, otherwise a clean basic boot takes me to the stock android system recovery screen and will not boot a rom.
I have something backwards or out of order. I am just trying to get the rom to identify the installed CMW and the installed ROM through CMW but it wont do it.
Any help would be appreciated, i dont want my GF to find out i jacked her phone lol
Which phone do you have? SGS? I can just talk about SGS+ but I guess its similiar.
Try to install CWM with Odin, normally it should replace the stock recovery (haven't heard of both running at once).
Once you have installed CWM you can install your custom ROM with CWM (look at the install instructions).
If you want to install stock ROM with Odin it will replace your CWM with stock Recovery.
Post the link of the thread/recovery you want to flash.

Its a stratosphere. Im using the root and / or stock files in the root method. I use ODIN to flash the StratCWMRecovery.tar.md5 and if i tick "reboot" then it reboots into CWM i install a rom or stock rom and it finishes. I reboot the phone and it instantly goes back to android system recovery. If you like ill make a short video to give you an idea of whats going on.
I will note that im close to making a jig but its not 100% bricked obviously. 3 button method still works (and unecessary at this point since all the phone does is go straight into the stock bootloader) and then after i install CWM i can force it in to CWM but it wont actualy boot into it.
From a programing standpoint i feel the pointers or partitions are incorrect. Its like booting a computer that has a hard drive with windows installed however getting the bios to tell it to boot from the hard drive isnt working. THats the easiest way to explain this.
One thing i want to note is the only errors i am getting are when i try to partition the SD card from CWM. I get an error saying sdparted is not found.
I am not getting a full understanding of how the root system works on this phone.
Again any help is appreciated.
Made a short video. Its uploading now. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tFZ5Adm5AdQ
So whatever i did i was able to fix. I think me being a very visual person and normally having access to all files i need or could use in a situation is always nice. Here, i didnt but i found them. Here's the link. Its obviously for stratosphere but i took about 10 minutes and let ODIN install all these files and it worked.
original posting but the link doesnt work for download
http://rootzwiki.com/topic/11183-eh2-full-factory-odin-restore/
where i downloaded it
http://www.fileswap.com/dl/t4D235pUTO/SCH-I405.EH2_rel.md5.html
Again this is for stratosphere. Since it really helped me return to stock and allow me to re root in about 15 minutes this thread should be moved but there is no stratosphere area

Stuck on MF3

Hi Guys.
I decided to create a new thread because I simply can't find an answer to my specific issue, I know that tons of people are getting the software interrupted just like me, but I'm not willing to do a full wipe again, just to update from MF3 to MK2.
Last month I was stuck on 4.2.2 because I was root, so I decided to install the Factory 4.2.2 files losing my files and data just to be able to upgrade to 4.3 so I can finally could buy the Samsung Gear, so I did it, I installed Factory Rom, I did the Sideload update to 4.3 and everything went great, no errors that I could remember, my S4 was fully reset, so there was not even a single trace of previous Android files. Now this is what is weird, I did the same for a co-worker that asked me to do it, because he was having issues with freezings and errors, so I did the exact procedure that I did on mine, for our surprise as soon as he arrived at his home that day, he received a notification that there was a new update, that's was the same day that AT&T released the MK2 update, so he took the update without issues.
The next day he told me about it and since then (I think almost 3 weeks now) I've been trying to see if my phone gets the MK2 update and nothing, every day I check and every day I get the almost immediate Software Interrupted Message. I've been searching and reading a lot of threads and info around the web and I can't manage to find a single post that tells me how to update from MF3 to MK2, via Sideload, Odin or any other possible way, the only way that I have read is to download the Full MK2 Rom that has posted here a lot of times, but just for curiosity I tried to use it and it doesn't work unless you are on 4.2.2.
So, as you can see, I have tried to just do the update, trying to find the small (28 MB) file that should update from MF3 to MK2, but there is no place to be found, as you know, Kies doesn't work either, so if my phone keeps doing the Software interrupted thing that I've been getting since Summer and that I thought that it was something related to root, I won't be able to do this update and I'm afraid that Kit Kat update either. So 2 things, Does anybody has any other idea that doesn't involve resetting the phone? ( Literally took me a whole day to put back everything as I had it before, without Root and Titanium Backup there is no easy restore on this phones) and Second, Why do you think I'm still getting the software Interrupted thing, when the phone was completely reset just like my co-worker's?
Thanks in advance.
After posting this, I saw for this other Thread (That I swear that I didn't see it before) that was posted last night http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2573080, but looking at the file that needs to be downloaded is the Full 728 MB Rom, and I'm worried that it may erase all my Data if I flash this update, so I will wait for somebody to confirm that it works and just update without wiping.

Sideload the big file.
It won't wipe out your existing data... but if you get errors with the process, you will need to do a full wipe or flash back to stock first.
I would do this, if I were you:
1. Backup everything with Titanium Backup
2. Odin back to stock MF3
3. Root MF3, and put SuperSU in survival mode
4. Restore apps + data (no system apps) with Titanium Backup
5. Sideload to MK2
6. Manually restore your system settings, ringtones, whatever.
7. Relax

On some posts in a different thread, this person said that they're on MJ9, that's why I gave them the link to the small update file. Your way is the way that I'd do it if they are indeed on MF3.

If he's on MJ9 and thinks he's on MF3, this whole thing is not going to end well...

No, i'm very sure on what I am and what I need to do, only issue is that so far none of the files were for MJ9 updated phones.

Wow, coming here daily and reading most of the threads (Including that one) I don't know how I missed that, but man, THANKS A LOT, I went to that thread and downloaded the file and YES, this one is the real deal for the updated MJ9 guys, it sideloads perfectly and now I'm still at the Android is Upgrading screen but by experience I'm confident that it was updated perfectly, thanks a lot.

I too am stuck on MF3 no matter what I try doesn seem to work, sideload mf3-mj9, odin back to stock then reroot. I keep getting the error 7. I'm new to this whole thing but I've spent hours reading up on all of this. I tried this option above it didnt work either.

[Q] My device won't boot anymore (bootloop?)

This is the first time I tried to root my phone. My phone is a Galaxy s4 GT-i9505
I followed this guide to the letter and it was supposed to be easy peasy. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LlVCjtRUrgs
Well when I was doing all that I got to the last step where I had to update my binaries but that didn't work and superSU kept closing itself down.
Someone recommended I do an factory reset and repeat all the steps, but then when I got back into my system I kept getting errors saying SuperSU has stopped and Youtube has stopped.
Those were really annoying and I tried another factory reset but I couldn't get rid of them, somehow they kept inserting themselves in my app list eventhough the apps did not work.
So I used TWRP to do an advance wipe and that's when things went horribly wrong since I had no clue what I am doing :S
I ticked the boxes Dalvik cache - Internal storage - Data and something else I can't remember.
After that was completed I could not boot up my phone anymore and now I'm freaking out trying to follow guides to fix this.
like this one : http://trendblog.net/fix-soft-bricked-android-device-first-aid-guide/
I installed this toolkit: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2226263
But the problem is that my computer is not opening the device anymore through the USB port, and when I try to install these drivers : http://androiddrivers.net/samsung-android-drivers/galaxy-s4-windows-drivers-3264bit/
there's an error when installing it fails on mobile device MTP or something probably since my computer does not reckognize the mobile device anymore.
I don't have a SD card atm I never owned one. I might need to get one in order to fix this?
I'm totally new to this and totally regretting ever trying this and being so stupid and impatient as to try an advanced wipe before informing myself well enough.
I'm freaking out like mad here and now I have to go to sleep which I won't be able to catch ofc I'm so afraid I need to toss my phone and when I think about the $$$ .. well you know what I mean.
I've tried looking through these forums and guides but I just don't understand most of it and I can't get it figured out it's driving me insane.
Just chill, there is nothing wrong with your phone. You cannot kill your phone doing the things you did.
Just flash a stock firmware true Odin and everything will be working again. Pick a 4.4.2 rom though.
The reason why you are messing up is because you tried to use a year old rooting method.
So the steps you want to take:
- Flash a stock firmware
- Flash cf-auto root http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2219803
- Flash TWRP
- Flash this script in TWRP http://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-s4/general/scriptknoxout-complete-brutal-knox-t2807172
done.

[Q] Help! Flashing rom."system software not authorized by Verizon"

Ok, please I hope you can help. New to rooting, I rooted my s5, and was working fine for days, then I got the error and yellow triangle "system software not authorized by Verizon" I downloaded one md5 firmware I found and flashed it using odin, after was done had the same error though. I was on version 4.4.2. (don't know if that matters) I cannot find any other "stock" firmware online to try that are md5 that I can use with odin. I can find all these custom roms in zip format but don't know how to flash to odin when they are in the zip format and not tar or md5. Right now im just bricked and cant do anything and trying to learn how to fix all this.
Links to all files you need to download and full instructions on how to Odin back to stock can be found here ==>

To properly root your device follow these instructions here ==>
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2784860
You can not just flash a ROM to your phone like with older phones, due to the locked bootloader. You have to install Safestrap and install the ROM there. You will find all you need to do that along with a link to a Youtube video explaining it all here ==>
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2793891
ok, I did just like the guide says and applied the tar file. it goes through the whole process but when it reboots it still says "secure fail:modem" in the left hand corner and "system software not authorized by Verizon wireless has been found on your phone please turn off and got to nearest wireless store for help". Im lost....

Stick with my instructions to reset and the instructions to root. I have all the files and instructions you need for root linked in the how to root section in the OP.
I did it word for word, and after boot it still comes up to the system software not authorized by Verizon screen. Don't know how to proceed?
any help would be greatly appreciated because at this point im out 450 dollars.
Took it too Verizon and they said there is nothing they can do but give 178 dollar gift card...anyone here have any other ideas? Followed the rooting guide here, updates were turned off, don't know what went wrong

Did you re-partition using the pit file when trying to go back to stock? This doesn't make any sense. To the best of my knowledge, even tripping knox won't result in this ...
Yeah I did. Don't know what to do...I seem to be the only one that has had this issue. My question is, what did I do to wrong to make this happen? How do I prevent it when I get a new phone? It seemed to happen after tethering using x tether on xposed? Is there an issue with xtether ?
No there's no issue there. I run it and have Odined back to stock a couple of times and re-installed it.
Work backwards. Un-install all xposed modules. Un-install SuperSU, towel root and everything else you have added. Do a factory data reset and then try to Odin back to stock maybe? Take it all the way back to NGC
You don't use any kernel tars, just the full factory image tar
