What is difference between these versions?

KTU84L (4.4.3_r1) to KTU84M (4.4.3_r1.1) AOSP changelog.
Literally nothing as far as AOSP goes, it's something that isnt in AOSP (such as kernel/drivers/bootloaders/radioes/non aosp apps)

The link above goes to the latest version, direct from the source. Why do you say it won't work on kk?

I just read on the site above that it DOES work, on rooted and unrooted kk, you just have to manually configure it on non rooted devices (to be expected)
