It does not exist at this moment. PA themselves don't even have them.

I think no need for it now - aways has published an official PAC rom here already: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2170768

hey everyone I'm currently running a 4.2.2 pac rom and I love everything about this rom but I want to get the latest version of paranoid but still keep everything on thus rom. thanks for everyone who will help.

There are new 4.3 PAC man builds. Check out the thread in the original development forum.. They are rolling out nightlies too.

Well then you've got to live with it. You can't just flash another rom and hope that the features from the previous rom will stay. It wont.
You've got 3 options :
A - Stay with PAC, wait till they update to 4.3
B - Wipe your PAC, flash PA 4.3 and live with it.
C - Compile your own rom with your own features.
If you wanna keep your APPS and APP DATA, use titanium backup.

you backup all your apps to sd card.. after you are done with 4.3 you install titanium backup and restore them.. some apps you might need to update if not updated already..

UN rom related, is there anyone who knows about live wallpapers apk? I got it to download and Muzei loafs up but suddenly I get live wallpaper picker has stopped. I set it to rw-r-r and it took. Just can't choose wallpaper. Can someone help please.

To me all ROM are good I keep a backup of all ROM in my SD to change when they do update I test and made backup of them they are all good trying them your self and see which one you like
