Get Samsung Milk radio app on maxx - Droid Ultra General

I was searching for a way to get this to work and found this site http://nexus7.wonderhowto.com/how-t...pp-your-nexus-7-other-android-device-0151612/
You have to be rooted but there are two ways to activate the app. First is following the directions on the above link by changing the build prop. The second is how I did it there is a module in xposed called chocolate milk it will allow you to use the milk app. Works great but you can't sign in since you don't have a Samsung but it works just the same.
The milk app you download is in the above link.

Nice, thanks for posting! Never heard of it, but tried it out and it's pretty cool.

You can't log in you don't have a Samsung account. That is why it FC's don't log in its not necessary to use.

I'm not trying to log in. It worked fine for a week or so, now every time I launch the app it FC's because it's trying to log in automatically.

Market not working after root and unlock

So I decided to root and unlock my 4.1.1 N7 today. Everything went according to plan. When I set myself to return my tablet to its former app glory, I found myself with the following message when opening Play Store:
Error retrieving information from server. (DF-DFERH-01)
Market was working before root. Funny thing is, despite being unable to open the play store, It is still able to auto update :/
Any thoughts? I already tried clearing/deleting market cache, no good...
Sent from my GT-I9100 using Tapatalk 2
Just clear your app store data, ect. Then relaunch it. That is what I had to do.
I had the same error in my GNex today.....It has nothing to do with clearing up the data in the Apps settings.....
Clearing my app store data does nothing for me...
Sent from my GT-I9100 using Tapatalk 2
Have the same issue on My Nexus 7. Only difference being I've not used a bootloader or anything like that, it's just literally out the box. App store has never worked at all today, although i can install directly and still get updates...but not install those updates.
tried clearing cache and data then rebooting. removing email account and also removing google wallet settings.
No joy so far on any attempts I've made.
When I had this problem on my old GTablet, I had to force close Google Services Framework, clear data, then reboot to get it back. This is in addition to clearing cache and data of the Market.

I'm also from Puerto Rico but the problem seems to be with providers with local IP Address like Claro in the case of mobile phones or local internet providers like liberty, claro etc.. but not on Carriers with US IP addresses like tmobile or At&t tha's why I can access if I use my phone but not using my wifi at home.
Hope this helps, and if anyone finds an answer please let us know because i haven't seen any report on google about this issue.

I forgot to tell that if you need an app from the market you can access via web and make the download to your device that way. That's what I've been doing until this gets fixed. It works for updates too. Hope this helps.
Funny thing going on. Using wifi, my Xperia Play illicits the same error code as my Nexus 7. Yet my MIUI SGS II works great with wifi... I'm stumped.

Verizon apps for Razr M on CM

I love my RAZR M on custom roms like AOKP, CM and others. I have an issue though. I like to use the My Verizon app to view my data usage and the Verizon tones app to change my Ringback. Does anyone know how to get these apps to work on a custom rom or what I would need? I reverted back to custom right now as I am waiting to figure this out before I go back to CM. Thanks.
I am also wondering where to get the Verizon Visual Voicemail app for my RAZR M.
Most of them should be in the play store. VVM might even be in there. If not, maybe look for the Nexus edition of VVM...

Yes. Many are available in the play store. My issue is that I can't download them because it says that they are not available for my carrier or country. Plus some apps ok can download give me sign in errors. Thank you for your reply.

For the sign-in error, you need to download the authentication app (I forget the actual name...)

[Q] G2 incompatible with Aviate?

I just got an invite to try Aviate, but apparently it's incompatible with my G2. I do have a custom DPI set, so I wonder if that is the problem. Is anyone able to install it on a G2 with stock DPI? Or at all?
Edit: Okay, I tried going back to stock DPI, but the Play Store still says it's incompatible with my device. Don't know why Aviate won't install. I'm running CleanROM on an AT&T G2.
I am able to install it but obviously can't run it because it's invite. Also it lit up my malware checker. Tapjoy banner ads and another in App ad pusher

If you could find the apk you might be able to push it with root explorer. I have seen issues like this in the past with Roms. You could also try going to the play store on your on and send it to the phone. If your phone is reporting the version incorrectly than that won't work either

I have used it for couple of days. Today I installed a new ROM and restored it with GO Backup. As soon as I install an app from the Play Store I loose my settings in Aviate and cannot make a fresh install because of lack of compatibility. Before the last update It was definitely compatible with my G2. Strange. Anyone has a solution? I like it very much.
I tried Aviate & no problem at all. Using stock 4.4.2 rom.
Sent from my LG-D802
Here everything fine again. I received first class support form the Aviate team. Had to remove the app, and after reboot I could install it again from the Store. However, I needed a new code that arrived within 5 minutes.
I learnt that we cannot restore Aviate by a backup app: at the moment you open the Play Store it looses the settings. Maybe the incompatibility issue was caused by restoring through GO Backup as well.
Running stock KK and Aviate. No issues, but you lose the ability to use Knock, Knock, (Knock, Penny) to turn off the phone. Also, not all widgets work with Aviate. I personally like the Aviate launcher. The developers are very responsive and they publish updates regularly. The most recent added notification count badges to certain app icons.

Is ISIS showing unsupported for the rest of everyone? Had to hard reset and now its showing as such in the play store. Same for everyone else?
ADD: Looks like an update was pushed today. Still available on my note 2. They must have broken a play store link for the note 3.
All I did was go in to the store and download it

It should be supported and I would imagine it changing soon but in the mean time it will not update on its own because it is unsupported in the play store.

Are you rooted? Unless you hack your device with exposed mods Isis will not work. It has a root checker built in.
