Hello. This is my first time posting. WIFI in Sac23 S5 port rom for Sprint Note 3 is not working in our Note 3 International. So, I attempted to fix it and made a simple fix for WIFI. Now it's working in my phone.
Note:
I'm using Lean Kernel too for the my data to work. ( Have to set APN manually )
I'm too lazy to make a flashable zip too since it's a sudden idea I have to solve for WIFI
Instruction:
Do a backup JUST IN CASE! I'll not be responsible for anything happen to your phone!
Extract The file and paste into the system with Root Explorer or any other file manager that can access system.
Reboot and Enjoy

hy guys. Im starting in the android world, as you can see i ve succesfully built AICP from source, even managed to remove a few apps from the build, made my own gapps(using banks minimal gapps and google camera and google chrome), also removed stock launcher and replaced it by nova launcher and changes default dpi
My next step in rom building ll be to change everything that is related to D802 in about phone to D806(its the same phone, different number)
Ofcourse i could change the build.prop manually once the zip is built but thats not the idea, wanna do it before building, could someone help me?
Thanks in advance.

For AT&T S4 Any Different Method ?
1. Download from HERE the XposedInstaller3.0alpha4.apk
2. Install it as a Normal apk and run it.
3. Then go HERE and download xposed-v65-sdk21-arm-arter97-V5-krait. Big thanks to arter97 for his work.
4. Flash it via recovery. Then wait until it start to optimize (about 5 minutes).
5. Once it optimize all open xposed app and install whatever module you want

Sorry if it's a stupid question, but I'm on a I337 with 5.0.1 (OC4) with root. How do I "Flash it via recovery."?
I'm not using safestrap or any other kind of recovery. FlashFire doesn't seem to do it either.
I have a Galaxy s4 R970, running cm12.1 on Android 5.1.1. And I want to open the boot.img file on my phone (don't have a computer currently) so I can edit the kernel to allow overclocking.
This will be my first attempt editing a kernel, but I need to expand my horizons.
So, the issue I have currently is a PIE error in terminal trying to open the boot.img using unmkbootimg command. (some older utilities) found here (http://forum.xda-developers.com/general/rooting-roms/how-to-guide-extract-boot-img-android-t3114380)

Although, I DO also have a rooted galaxy s aviator running jb, I would like to try to avoid using it as much as possible.
Any and all help is greatly appreciated!

How TO USE it :
put the jarvis.mp4 file some where in your
phone (you can use USB cable or FTP
remote manager or etc)
in your phone go to your file manager with
root access (I use Root Explorer)
move jarvis.mp4 file to /system/media

Can this be installed on MIUI or it must be on other custom roms?
only for K3 note?
I just purchase a Verizon Galaxy S7 Edge 32GB
this is my build # mmb29m.g935vvru4apI3
I followed the rooting instructions and got root.
Well I realized the hotspot didn't work :/ so I tried installing the Stang ROM
that didn't install, and I downloaded the PI3 stock rom image and tried to install that via oden
but it fails. I've included some screenshots below.
Will Stang work with PI3?
If not how can I restore back to stock?
Thank you for your help

I'm currently using stangs rom on pl3. When it fails that's normal it will fail the first time you just have to load the files together (don't click start yet) in Odin, restart your phone in bootloader mode until it says device added and then start.
