Did you try to restart the phone?
Remove the battery and insert again to restart and see if it does help
Tried but still isn't turning off

Hum so weird
1- Check the Developer options in the Settings menu to make sure you didn't play around with these settings?
2- Are you using stock firmware, or did you flash any custom firmware or custom kernel?
3- The last thing I can recommend is try to factory reset, or re-flash the stock firmware.

It looks like your modem crashed. Try flashing or Odin the modem again and wiping both caches 3 times. It would help to if you have at least cwm 3.0.0.6.

Also try using the toggle that's in settings, not the one that comes with holding the power button.
I have a problem with my nexus 4. I noticed that my phone sometimes is getting slow and then I can't do anything, and after a few seconds there is a System FC window. Only reboot helps me.
I use official 4.3, no root, even bootloader is locked.
Any ideas what can I do?

Try a factory reset after backing up everything, that usually solves the problem. You should try it in recovery first, wipe everything. After that do a factory reset in Android. Should work like new. I had problems after installing 4.3 (FC, lags and playstore not working) the factory reset solved it.
Oh, I hope it'll help me.

I am planning on taking my phone to Best Buy to have them re-flash the stock image. I currently uninstalled root, and I don't have a bootloader installed. If i go into download mode, it shows custom status, and binary count = 1, along with a custom start-up animation. I didn't flash a ROM (obviously because I'm on MF3). Is their any way I can remove this? I removed root through Super Su's settings, but if it is required to reset this information to it's official state, I can re-root.
If their is no way, is it for sure we will ever be able to use ODIN to restore the stock MF3 software?
Also, will Triangle Away work on MF3?
Thanks.

Oh my God! After rebooting five times it changed to official! Thank you so much!
Ummm... It sounds like your phone is working fine... Why do you need them to flash MF3?

I am paranoid about not being able to reset my phone. My recovery is corrupt, and their is no way to reset if anything goes wrong. I don't feel like it is stable if that makes sense.
Oh and to everyone reading this for information, best buy said they can't do anything sense I didn't purchase my phone there. I got my phone at AT&T so they said I should contact them.

MF3 can be J-Tagged now. That should fix you up. Google mobiltechvideos. They do great work. For a price though...

Are you 100% sure your recovery is messed up? Have you tried all 3 ways to get to it?

This is a common issue on MF3, but I tried using goo.im and using the hard buttons while booting up. I think my actual recovery is corrupt. I think I'll try best buy saying Samsung referred me and if that doesn't work I will look into J-tag. Thanks.

There are 3 ways using hardware buttons.
First
1. Hold volume up+ power
2. When the splash screen shows remove your finger from power.
Second
1. hold home+volume up+power.
2 when the splash screen shows, remove your finger from power
Third.
1.Boot into the OS.
2.Hold the power button for the power menu. And keep holding it until the phone turns black and remove your finger from the power button.
3. immediately press the volume up button and hold it.

Hi,
Everytime I try to update my modem, it is not.. odin says that its completed. But baseband version is still the same..
My baseband is ME2 and I want to update to MJ5
I had the same problem. For me, it was because I didn't completely turn off my phone but just rebooted it to download. Try turning it off, waiting then trying to go into download mode.

Flash
Reboot phone to download mode again

Anytime I reset (turn off and then turn on) my phone it will be showing Samsung logo forever until I remove battery and turn it on again. But when the system initializes it will reset back again and be stuck in the logo again. Then the only solution is to wipe data/factory reset.
This began a month ago when I was deactivating ULTRA POWER SAVING MODE and it reset by itself.
I have never flashed or rooted this phone or anything similar.
Is it possible to wipe the system completely and reinstall the firmware? I bet this would void warranty. Any help?

Yes, it's possible, your warranty will be safe.
Boot your phone into recovery by holding VOLUME UP, HOME BUTTON, POWER BUTTON
Do factory reset when recovery screen shows up.
But I have done that already . Actually, anytime it is stuck, I do the factory reset using this method.
The problem is that's really annoying having to install all apps again.

So you should reflash another stock firmware. There's no harm here, no warranty void as long as you don't root your phone.
Go to sammobile, download a relevant stock firmware and use Odin to flash it.
Just remember to follow the instruction step-by-step.
Don't worry

Use Helium to back up. It saves app data, home screens and you don't need root.
