[Q] Best internet browser (for battery life) - Galaxy S 5 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Which is more battery friendly: Chrome or Samsung stock browser?
I use Samsung Chrome Library.
I see Chrome on battery stats.. But I can't see stock browser in battery stats.. Is it embedded in other items? Where?
Thank You.

Automatic 3G disabler and stuff like that.
I am not feeling any apps will drain battery.
I only found that, 1. Screen, 2. 3G/H data, 3. G/E Data or calls, these 3 are top drainer for my phone.
Of course, apps will spend battery too, but i think it is just normal usage for me.
I', begining to think launcher pro consumes much battery. While using it I loose about 10% just overnight by doing nothing. Yesterday evening i switched to stock SE launcher and lost only 1% of battery over night
Εmail app!!!
Mainly 3G/Data
other all fine to me...
1 or 2% drain in night...

Sky Go in Italy

Well, I need an information: in Italy we have the Sky Go app only for S3 but not for other device. If I want to see Sky I need to log with my browser. Is there a possibility to dupe the market and the app?
Thank you very much and sorry for my English.

[Q]Huge battery drain in Airplane mode

Hi, my Nexus 4 has a big problem. I have huge battery drain in Airplane mode. Overnight (about 7h) it drains 15-20% of battery.
I tried a lot of roms(CM11, AOKP, Stock an now Purity) and kernels (AK, Faux, Piasek, Franco and now Matr1x), i tried also safe mode but the results are still the same.
Without Airplane mode (Wifi on (not good signal), Sync on) it drains about 25-30% during the same time.
I used BBS for wakelocks but i don't have important PWL.
I had a lot of KWL by msm_hsic_host and I resolved downgrading baseband from .098 to .048 and now .084.
The phone stays 99% of the time in deep sleep.
I also changed battery with a new one (spareslg.com) and the results are almost the same.
During the day I have 10-12h of battery with 3-4h of SOT.
What kind of problem I have? It's an hardware problem?
Thanks and sorry for my english.

Hi fc_themaster,
Do you close your apps/games before you sleep? Do you use Task killers or Greenify to boost your battery?

yes, I use greenify root donation.
I've also tried with clean install with no apps and in safe mode...
However I always control my wakelocks with BBS.
Hi, these are the screen of this night in airplane mode. I've lost about 11% (from 61 to 50)... no PWL, a few KWL... all night deep sleep.
Moreover the charge level is updated after a few seconds... when I unlock the screen the charge level is 61%, but after 7-8 seconds it drops to 50%.
doublepost
These are screenshots of last night.
All active (wifi-3g-sync). about 30% of drain...

2 things you could make sure about:
1. Scanning always availble is turned off. Settings>wifi> menu > advanced. also I turn off "keep wifi on during sleep"
2. if that doesnt help try going into recovery and wipe your cache and davlick cache.
i wiped all, i have done a clean install of some roms... no results...
airplane mode or all activated: same drain!
