For everyone that wants a taste of the OnePlus One, I created a flashable version of the Bootanimation.zip found from http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2751401

Thanks to graffixnyc for the dump!
sweet. would this work on nexus 5? a preview of the boot animation would be highly appreciated!! =)
Confirmed working on vzw G2 on CM11. Thanks a ton OP! This was the last thing I needed to get my G2 One-ified . I've got every apk found on Android Libre working if you don't have them for yourself, check them out!
This one won't work on HTC phones with Sense installed, the path to bootanimations is different there as well as the filename. The path there is /system/customize/resource and the filename would be hTC_bootup.zip for the animation while the phone is starting and hTC_downanimation.zip for the animation while the phone is shutting down (you can have different ones for starting and shutting down with HTC phones on Sense firmware). This is just to avoid issues for HTC users who don't have CM on their phone.
Thanks works great on CM11 xiaomi m2s

I won't need it because I'm using CM already on my phone. This was just for other HTC Sense users who are going to flash your file.
Didn't work on my Galaxy Nexus running PA.

The resolution is too different on the phone if i recall. i think you just have to take a desc.text from a GN Boot animation and place it in this one

I was wondering if it was at all possible to port the Samsung Vibrant's puzzle lock screen to the mytouch 3g 1.2. It looks pretty interesting to have on my phone. Is there a way to get this on my mytouch 3g?

It's a start which is a good thing. Although it reminds me of the sliding lockscreen just themed. I managed to find a fascinate system dump if anyone wants to extract the lockscreen from it to possibly mod it.

Hell, I'd love to give it a shot, not promising anything, I've never tried anything like this, but I want that lock screen and I don't mind risking my Eris
If this great interface works on Desire and Nexus is it possible to create ROM four our phones?

Freaking awesome looking interface, i would donate my ass off. If someone makes a quality build with this!
+1
like watching a Jackie Chan film...is that speeded up?
looks the bollox whatever it is.
this is enterily possible. withouth the need for having an entire rom for it. the interface, is essentially an application. change the home app, you change the interfacfe.
I bet something similar could be done using sweeterhome (which is still annoyingly in beta stages)#
On Desire section they have already tried it and reported great speed.

Hardly, because there is so much more than home app and framework-res.apk, as been told in thread in Desire section.
I'm sure it is seeing how there's a desire rom, and mybe some of the dev's here will be able to port it like they have done with the evo, desire, desire hd rom's
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=789119
People working on it and making progress.
NOTE : DOES NOT WORK ON GB ROMS. ONLY WORKS ON ICS.
I have tired this on most of ICS roms and it works perfectly
APK for S-voice

I did not extract this app. It was done
I did not extract the app myself. It was done by someone from the SII section. Here is the original thread : http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1662098
If your are Getting network errors Than just do this with the Build.prop using root explorer
Hope that works
If you are using A GB rom than you will get "parsing package error". Because this will only work for ICS roms
Is there any way to make it working on Gingerbread roms?
Thank you in advance,

Do you know the word "port"?

I just flashed Android 4.3 Stock onto my Nexus 4 and before i was running CyanogenMod 10.1.2 I noticed that superuser was built into the settings app in many other custom roms like Cyanogenmod. I was wondering if there was a way to do this on stock android instead of installing SuperSU as an app?
The attachment is a picture of what i mean.

Hence, the reason for custom ROM existence, is doing wicked-cool stuff like this.
TL;DR, nope. Custom is your friend (and only friend) for things like this.

Where can i read more about implementing this into my own custom Rom i am familiar with making roms.
Would it be possible to just have this in by modifying stock ROM?

Yeah, if you know what your doing you can decompile the settings apk and add in a superuser option. As long as it doesn't involve framework changes

Hey,
These are my first ever boot animations for the Nexus 5.
I decided to start making boot animation when a friend enlightened me on what capabilities you can unlock through rooting your device I think that the boot animations help add a personal touch to your device.
