Bug Report KK Archi Port - Galaxy S III General

Im create this topic to report all bugs you found in kitkat ported from n7100 to dev team .
Please just telling bugs this rom,not any more!!
tnx all.

Guess what the development thread is also for http://forum.xda-developers.com/gal...4-2-archiport-temporary-experimental-t2748579
Even posted in first thread: Please do not post about a bug or crash unless you have a logcat to accompany it. http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=2303834
No log = no bug report, unless you give a 100% way to reproduce it. Also, the forum thread has a bug report function. So your thread is useless.

Its ok, you dont need to excuse. But every development thread also has a bug report tab. This is perfect for this purpose. You dont spam the actual thread, but still post a bug report
http://forum.xda-developers.com/devdb/project/?id=4105#bugReporter

Thread closed. Bug reports can be posted in the development thread - or you could use the bug report feature of DevDB which is located here for that particular thread.

Will Hardcore release T14 kernel for JVT?

It seems t13 kernel works well on JVT.
Does anybody konw whether Hardcore will release the new kernel for JVT?
Due to my level is not enough and I try to send a private message to hardcoe, Following is his reply. F.U.R
Hi, thanks.
The K13 should work find with JVT as there is probably no change in the kernel between JVS and JVT. So, you don't need to wait for a T14 with JVT modules to use it with JVT.
In the future if I release another update, I might also update the modules from JVT. But I don't think there will be much (or any) difference.

Maybe, as u know, samsung has released the latest ROM JVT, and we're waitting for you update for this version.
Do u have plan to update the kernel for this?
Currently, we have to use t13 and it seems there is no problem for JVT.
Thanks for your hard work!
Why not ask it in the speedmod thread?

WTF? A whole new thread to ask something about another thread?
You shouldn't need permissions for anything but to post links. Try again, just click "Quote" on someone else's post in that thread.

If you have less than 10 posts you are not allowed to write in dev forums. So you can either start reasonable threads for example here or write 10 bulls**t posts to get permission.

Wasn't aware of that rule, I started on XDA posting on the general section so I guess I never experienced that problem when I started digging into dev threads.
Sorry, am i reading this right???? You HAVE a reply directly from hardcore regarding this question, and THEN you go and start a thread asking the same question?
Why?
Why? The answer is very simple: to make 10.000 useless posts....

you have posted this in serveral threads now - there is no need to keep posting this
you will need to build a whole new kernel from source
why dont you just wait for broadcomCM to finish their work

bieltv.3 cm9 is not a port - it is built totally from source
you can follow the progress on his thread and blog
It is very stable in terms of full hardware support - the only major bug is audio which he currently rebuilding the libs from source

may I remind you of xda rules
5. Create a thread or post a message only once.
As a large forum, we don't need unnecessary clutter. You're free to edit your message as you like, so if you do not receive an answer, revisit your message and see if you can describe your problem better. Not everyone is online at the same time so it might take a while before you receive an answer. (Also refer to Rule 16)
you have already posted this message
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=51099008&postcount=40
And just so you know - I have "developed" and contributed to alot of things

Oh...and don't forget to post your opinions ....
thread posted in the wrongsection, its not your rom ,so you cant post it in under the android development thread.
its someone else work so this tread will be closed, as you cant post any link of a rom without proper kernel sources

Buddy no offence its just that in android development, one post ones own built up roms, you don't post links of others rom.

Refer to this post here by XDA Moderator @zelendel Since there is no Kernel Source which are required by XDA Rules and GPL Law No Rom Should be Shared here and Since The Link of your Rom Directs to Others Work without their permission and absence of kernel sources you cannot link it here That is the reason Development Forum is Closed
Thread closed. Do not post links to roms that are 1. Not your work. 2. Break our rules. 3. Links like this have no place in Development.

Why open a new thread when there is nothing to show/download? to fill thanks meter?
This thread should be closed.
It'll be locked by a dev. XDA doesn't allow place holder threads.

it's pointless to do placeholder postings anyway. dunno, why people still doing it.
Why haven't you read the rules? First things first... You need to compile the ROM, test it for days till you open it for the public, list the people you need to give a thanks, upload the ROM, list your sources, take screenshots, and if you can list the main bugs. XDA is not a place to play with, is a serious dev/user community and people need to know at least these stuff I "said" above.
If you want help on something you can PM me, doubts regarding to compile, publish, we want to see new devs but please, don't mess up.
@Judge Joseph Dredd
EDIT by @gregbradley
Thread opened and moved to Q&A at the request of OP. This is now the Q&A thread for his ROM in the development section.
