I have just created a CWM up-datable zip for installing Beats audio library & to restore original stocklite v7.1 audio library
Note:
Mount script is removed to make it work in any rom.
1.Mount "System" from CWM.
2.Then, Install the Zip file from SD card

Just flash it from CWM.
Pls mount "system" before flashing.
mount script is removed to make it work in different partitions.
Fully tested before posting. Everything is working fine.

I personally prefer Beats only.
Amazing Sound Quality....!!
You can directly install Beats only over xloud. It will automatically remove the other files and Beats will be installed.

Which version you have flashed?
Is your rom de-odexed.?
Please reply whether it works or not?
Which recovery you have used..?
So that, I can make recovery file.!!

It will not change any audio library.
It is just a beats themed music player.
Audio library will be changed if you flash Beats.

If you have CWM it will definitely work. But, with stock recovery it won't.

Probably your rom is not de odexed.
Try beats only if you needs beats.

Working of DSP mod for grand 4.2.2

Hey guys today i flashed a DSP Manger and its work fine and produce awesome sound
i am not creater of this mod i am only share :laugh:
it is work only with "play music player" and xperia walkman which are install on your grand :silly:
ALL CREDITS TO IT ORIGINAL MODER OF CREATER :victory:
1- Download the zip file
2- And istall through CWM
it is for rooted android and must install busy box :good:

Are u sure tht it actually works cos for me Music Player refuses to respond to beats even tho i changed the Music effect from Sound settings it only responds to sound Alive Music FX..

Hey guys. Are somebody ported Xperia Z walkman to our plays?

Sorry it took me a few days, I got caught up with school and stuff, I have these item flashed on a 4.1.2 rom on r800a and r800i. Clear audio is working and so are all the audio settings of Xperia Z Walkman.

It works for me.. Did you add the required build.prop lines? (posted in the original thread) Those files I linked have worked for a lot of people across multiple devices. Probably something small being missed here.

1) Make a backup[May be needed if something goes wrong]
2) Place the zip in root of you sd card.
3) Boot to recovery.
4) Mount system
5) Install the zip
6)Fix permission
7) Reboot
Do at your own risk. I will be not responsible if anything happened to your phone.
After reboot open build prop and add these lines if not exist
ro.service.swiqi2.supported=true
presist.service.swiqi2.enable=1

i think you can't use it bro? is for cyanogenmod 12 or custom rom based android 5.0 only, i think you must update to android 5.0 or this mod will not work. i guest so

First of all pls don't quote whole OP. Its really annoying. Pls edit ur comment and remove the OP content..
Regarding Bravia Engine no it won't work in CM or AOSP.. Its need sony frameworks things.. We cannot run Bravia Engine, X Reality and Music download Info in CM based roms..

Yes. Its for them. But in OP u can read that " not sure it will work or not ". Comment by the developer. So in my knowledge this things will not support CM or CM based roms..

I am a developer from the Xperia L forums.Recently,I created a mini Z5 ROM and other stuff for all devices!Well,I haven't tested it on any device other than the Xperia L yet but I think it will work!That is why I request for testers to test these.Here are some things I have created.
-Z5 mini ROM[Slot taken by @Alex_Gamer]
-Z5 InCallUi and dialer
-Z5 small Apps widget
-Z3+ clock widget
-Sony smart social camera widget & addon apps.(No main camera!)
-Google apps special version
Known issues
-Z5 mini ROM:Some quick setting tiles not working.Xloud audio settings not working.
-smart social camera widget:socialife app and timeshift burst not working.
Rest are working(at least on my XL)
Minimum requirements to be a tester:
-PATIENCE AND FREE TIME
-Knowledge on smali coding,jar and apk editing.(For Z5 InCallUi and small apps testers only)
-Basic bootloop recovery knowledge (in case)
-A working brain and Android testing skills
-An Xperia SP phone with CM12.1 nightlies

I understand Bro,but here's the catch.There is no one framework-res.apk which works on all devices.Thus,these changes to the apk and framework.jar file have To be made.Wait a minute,I can make things convenient for you.I will help you extract the framework from stryflex and make it a flashable zip then,you flash it through your recovery and help me test.How about that?
