hello everyone,
yesterday I flashed the x-note rom on my note 3 and for some reason it got stuck in a boot loop so I flashed the official uk 4.4 rom and when it booted up I found out that my phone was absolutely no sound and as a result I cannot receive or make calls. I also tried flashing the volume boost mod and it didn't work.
help me please.
I'm desperate.

any other ideas?
Are you using an Nordic/Scandinavian variant? - if so, flash back to stock. There is some issues with them particular variants and has been since 4.4.2. - Even if you aren't I'd go back to 100% stock to be 100% sure first to determine if it may be a hardware issue also.

Which one normal or did it have 444 in its name
Normal.
I checked Your idea and Youre right. It was problem with kernel. Flashed oggymax for test and it worked.
In Your opinion what is the best kernel to flash and keep thermal control coz my i9505 like to overheat

Can't send sms after lollipop update

Hello guys!
Just updated my Note 3 OTA last night, to Android Lollipop.
Ever since, I am able to recieve SMS but not to send. All of my messages remain in a pending state. I had to restart my phone so i can send sms. ??
All stock apps, all stock firmware. Phone was working fine with Kit Kat. The SMS Service Center number is correct.
Any ideas?

Shouldn't be anything to do with Lollipop upgrade, but still as you done the update OTA I will suggest you to wipe everything and do the update manually, via Odin I mean. I never did trust OTA method of upgrades.
Thank you for your reply. Pls kindly give me the link on how to do that.

Have you tried clearing the cache and data of the Messages app?
(backup old text first, they'll be wiped. You can use 'sms backup & restore' (app, check google play) for that.)

You can also try checking the Messaging permission to Ask or Always Allow (Settings>Apps)
