Now can anyone tell me all the files/apps associated with knox? I rooted and deleted all I can find with root explorer. Thank you

Removing KNOX
This will not remove the bootloader, but will remove the KNOX system from your device. You must be Rooted.
"I am not responsible if you mess up your device" All I can tell you is this works great for me with out any issues and system runs smooth.
I install "Root Explorer" From the Market
Afet install make sure you click Mount R/W, this will allow you to delete the files below.
Delete the files in the following files in this order.
/system/app/KNOXAgent.apk
/system/app/KNOXAgent.odex
/system/app/KLMSAgent.apk
/system/app/KLMSAgent.odex
/system/app/KnoxAttestationAgent.apk
/system/app/KnoxAttestationAgent.odex
/system/app/KNOXStore.apk
/system/app/KNOXStore.odex
/system/app/ContainerAgent.apk
/system/app/ContainerAgent.odex
/system/lib/libknoxdrawglfunction.so
/system/app/ContainerEventsRelayManager.apk

/system/app/KNOXStub.apk <--- delete if you have, some will not
Delete the following folders
/system/containers
/system/preloadedkiosk
/system/preloadedsso

/data/data/com.samsung.android.walletmanager <---- delete if you have, some will not
When you are done, make sure you delete the following folders. If you can not delete the folder, go into the folder and delete what is in it.
/data/dalvik-cache
/cache
After you are done, click Mount R/O, then back out and restart device, you will see it re-install other apps again and let it settle down for a few minutes.

Not only is spying on you it is also tracking your every movement. I am done with Samsung. This app using more resources then any other app I have and never used it and can't rid of it fully. This is sending information over wifi where to can't find out that yet. Samsung sold out that's shameful and now ruined this customers experience. Se ya and here I come LG .

If you follow the above directions, you will not have KNOX spying on you. I have done the above and removed the files and folders then rebooted. No KNOX program found to be running.

Knox Search
Wouldn't doing a search for Knox be best and simply delete everything there?

Update...Don't do what I did. You will soft brick your phone! However it's fixable with a stock flash via odin of "G900VVRU1ANI2_G900VVZW1ANI2_G900VVRU1ANI2_HOME.tar.md5." Lost root bummer.
Now off to root again! And install a knox free version: "kltevzw_RootDeOdex_NI2"

[Q] Can`t access root in my phone

HI guys i`ve had updated my i9500 to android 4.3 update and i was looking for how can i root my new firmware .
so i just started and used most of threads that was about rooting phones but i could n`t find a way to root my new firmware that is android 4.3
as i used the cf-root or cofface `s and ... solutions to root my phone but just the superSU just appears and i cant use root needed stuffs !!!!!!!
do you know what`s the problem ????
by the way my phones`s baseband is = i9500xxuemj5

1. U will have the app SuperSU.
2. Enter in it and update ur binaries and reboot ur phone.
3. Enjoy ur rooted phone
* EDIT: - Maybe KNOX stops ur root action

U will have to go CUSTOM RECOVERY and install SU Binaries(HERE) for there

Hi there. Do you know any way of rooting galaxy s4 i9505 Ml1 4.3 without voiding Knox? I tried with vroot and safe root but my phone says that it has a protection. Do you know if it works with ML6 or ML9? Thanks in advance

Protection? Maybe is a KNOX message telling u -> Error: An application has been forced to stop for an unauthorized attempt to access system in your device?

- First ROOT CHECKER app ->HERE. This will help ya for know if ur phone is rooted or no
- Install Root explorer app (only for rooted devices) then -> HERE and delete this apps:

I'm also looking for an option to root an I9505 with ML1 without triggering the Knox flag and tried saferoot. But after the batch sends the files to the device, this is what appears:

When I boot the phone in download mode, the Knox kernel lock and Knox warranty void flags are still 0x0. I do see something that catches my attention: WRITE PROTECTION: Enabled. Since I'm a first-time rooter, I don't know if that's what keeping saferoot to work.
This thread on the forum says that saferoot will only work up to MKF, which makes me think this is the culprit. Is there any way to downgrade to MKF? Or any other way to root with ML1 without triggering Knox?

I don't have root access and i think that i can't delete that files without having root access. That security error stops the root files store into the phone.. any others ideas?

Well. The same answer for the 2 persons. SAFEROOT still without support this firmwares. We will have to write some words to the creator of this app
*EDIT: I dont think exist other way for root ur phone without void the warranty. Im sorry. Maybe other person will know it

Will this reset the Knox flag to 0x0? I read elsewhere that once changed to 0x1, it would be impossible to reset it.

Root went gone by itself?

I'm facing a problem guys.
The problem so far; I rooted my phone at android 4.2.2 after updating to 4.3 I obviously was unrooted. After that I rooted it again with CF-Autoroot.
It was successfully rooted (SuperSU/TB/Adaway), but as I tried to open some other apps which need root access it said I need root first? So I opened a app named cheatdroid; I got a message that my busybox was not installed or old. As soon as I opened SuperSU it said I don't have installed SU Binary.(But it was!) I just re-rooted my device but still got the same thing.. Anybody who can help me?

- Download Supersu binaries
- Flash that .zip by custom recovery
- Reboot and install Root explorer app or other explorer with root perms and delete this:

(PROBLEM SOLVED) Galaxy S4 keeps turning off after update to 4.4.2

PROBLEM SOLVED.
Hello all,
After upgrading my girlfriends rooted Samsung galaxy s4 to firmware 4.4.2 the following problems started to show:
1. The phone keeps rebooting automatically after some period of time. A red led indicator shows for about a minute and then the phone restarts.
2. Letters stop appearing sometimes after choosing them on the Samsung keyboard. This problem is then followed by the automatic reboot described in problem 1.
Phone information:
Model: GT-19505 LTE
Carrier: Vodafone Netherlands
OS: Android 4.4.2.
Baseband: I9505XXUGNE8
The phone was rooted on Android 4.3 through the CF Autoroot method. These problems didn't exist then. Before upgrading I did the following actions:
1. I used triangle away to reset the flashcounter.
2. I downloaded the Dutch Vodafone stockrom from sammobile.
3. I used pc Odin to flash the stockrom.
4. I rooted the phone again using pc Odin and the guide to rooting the I9505XXUGNE8 version.
Is there anything I forgot to do or did completely wrong?

did you try a factory reset after installing the new rom with odin?
either from the accounts/backup section or choose format/factory reset from recovery.
i always prefer to do this both before and after installing any new rom to help clear out any bugs.

I've done a FDR and I've reinstalled all the applications on the phone. The problem with the letters disappearing seems to be gone now.
The automatic reboot on the other hand is still an issue. However, it doesn't happen as often as it did before (it was rebooting every two minutes before). Is anyone else having these problems with 4.4.2?

Dial *#1234# and attach what appears

Joku1981 this action opens supersu and shows me the applications I have given permission through supersu. Also another screen appears with this information:
AP: I9505XXUGNE8
CP: I9505XXUGNE8
CSC: I9505VFGGNE2

By the way I monitored the phone in safe mode for about thirty minutes and it happened again so I don't think this issue is app related.

I have rebooted the phone. I will monitor for an hour and I will let you know if the issue is fixed.

No worries for the files that u didnt find. Delete the .odex too. I hope it works for ya :highfive:

Thanks so much it worked! I've monitored the phone through various activities like watching movies on showbox, facebooking, playing games etc. And the problem seems to be gone.
