Hi everyone, I hope you can help me with this problem. I'll give you all the details I can remember.
About two days ago, I flashed the Latte rom on an E400g and something went wrong. I used the instructions for the sdmerge version (wipe all, flash step 1&2, then the rom) but when I tried booting it up, it went into an infinte loop. I read that I needed to flash an official firmware using kdz updater, but I couldn't find a working link anywhere (they are either broken of stop at the incorrect file size... the files are supposed to be about 150-160mb but they stop downloading at 2mb or 48mb for example, so I haven't even tried using them). After looking some more, I found a post on a blog that said that I could flash a stock rom and then use the PC Suite to update. So I did, but now it wont past the boot logo. Also, I can't access recovery anymore, I suppose it got deleted when I flashed the stock rom.
So now, as I understand it, my only option now is to put the phone in emergency mod (that works, already tried), and flash the official firmware using kdz updater. Problem is, as stated above, that I cant find a good link for dowload - or at least I think they aren't good because of the size of the files. What can I do, is there a working source for downloading the firmware that you know of? Or maybe someone has a firmware I can use and can upload it?
Thank you all for any help you can give me!

Yes, i read about this too..... I have the Developer Option available already (a few taps on the version number) but no Google UI option there, just 3 options to chose from. Or do you know how to get more options?
I did a try a russian "2014-10-14--10-16-45 K920_ROW_S126_140825.7z" with their "twrp_2.8.0.1_recovery_K920Pro.7z" file but it "killed" my phone....
I can still access the Lenovo Re ovey and the root menu though.. But the operating system just hangs at the Chinese 4G logo.....
Im not able to restart the TWRP again. I start to dislike this odd phone now after spending 30-40 hours to try to get google play, gmail etc to work.. I should have bought a HTC or Samsung instead..

You shouldn't do that at the early release of the phone. Even any phone. You need to wait for the official rom release. How about you try fastboot and flash the twrp/cwm recovery. From the recovery use sideload to reflash the stock rom. Keep in mind that you should wait for a review or someone who actually successfully flash the custom roms/non-official rom. Except root, theres a number of successful root.

I know but i was desperate to get Google to work... Bricked or Chines system is same same for me...
Fastboot and TWRP cant find any device. Factory reset or wipe did not help either. Can access boot menu and Lenovo recovery, but need a recovery file first, and then we have problem with that i cant access the phones internal storage.... And this crap has no SD-memory either...
$700 down the drain for sure... Still have to buy a new phone though, and im still in China... Have to fly to HK to get a new phone... This is going to be expensive.
Thats what happen when you flash the unofficial rom. You know the risk. Make sure you have installed fastboot driver and adb driver. Im sure you can reflash the rom after you able to enter fastboot

Drivers are okay and have worked before. But now when running ABD Devices command, it show "? unautorized" so i get stuck there.
I SOLVED IT....... Except that the both SIM-card shows a red X.. but everything else seems, camera, GPS, WiFi to work AND it has GOODLE PLAY etc now.. Anyone know how to make the phone to work again?
I have tried ABD, Fastboot, TWRP, MiFlash, QPST, QMSCT_DL_EMMC_TOOL but nothing worked except following this instruction
I used the files in the Bin-folder of K920_ROW_S126_140825_user_1408251128 rom
https://forums.lenovo.com/t5/Lenovo-Phones/Lenovo-K910-Vibe-Z-bricked/m-p/1611710#M6838
Flashed back to the Chinese version and the SIM-cards works again... Any idea why the SIM-cards stops to work on the ROW rom?????

for those who face problem like my x820 that didn't show upgrade, update on their phone, just download the latest firmware eui5.8 ,then enter the file manager and rename to update.zip.
as u click the update.zip there is an option for update. enjoy.... its kindda weird that the original firmware not include update on Chinese version though.. i recommend update eui5.8 india. u wont face a Chinese apps language problem later...

I moved the file to the root directory and did a recovery reboot and it updated from there.. thanks!! Now the option to update is in my settings drawer.
I have X820 Chinese ROM since the day I purchased my phone and haven't touched the ROM since. If I update to the newest India ROM, will I lose all apps and data? Or will it just flash like an update and not affect data and apps?
You can make updating manually over stock recovery or custom recovery. It is very easy work.
But will I lose my apps and data or not?

I don't have tons of experience on this device yet...
but when I installed 16S onto 15S and was ready to loose the work I had already done (installed quite a few apps, not yet tons of data or settings), I didn't lose any app nor data (including Google setup and WLAN hotspots). However the 16S variant couldn't handle German, so most things came out in an odd mixture of English and Chinese.
I changed the language to English and had the Chinese parts translate to English as well, which I considered helpful.
16S is loaded with LeTV specific stuff which is all about pushing chinese LeTV content and which turned out difficult to disable, mostly because I couldn't tell which parts were important (can't read Chinese), so I quickly decided I needed to go back to the original "international" version, which still mixes some English into other European languages.
I didn't actually have a 15S ROM image, so I can't tell if a downgrade works as seamlessly, instead I restored my TWRP recovery.
That deactivated my WLAN, which gave me a couple of horrible moments, but a second restore (perhaps including EFF) got it back and I hesitate to repeat the procedure for a more detailled analysis of what happened to the WLAN.
Good Job..!
Thanks for the Advise :good:

OnePlus just released their H2OS 2.5 update for OP3Ts released in Chinese market, available in full flashable zip format.
Just managed to pull the 1.3G zip file from the download page and uploaded to MEGA. Here's the MEGA download link:
https://mega.nz/#!3ggGWTaK!pliXuVOWfWHG-2_M-qoRdsfP2ZKI7V03VOqo1FXuaVI
MD5 checksum: 7649C3FD17BBDC192A921DD913D103C4 OnePlus3THydrogen_28_OTA_027_all_1611222318_09fbb8eecd2b43dc.zip
Here's the original link (Google Translated) in case you want to check the description.
https://translate.google.com/transl...om/thread-3086047-1-1.html&edit-text=&act=url
They also claimed to have updated the touchscreen firmware, so the touch latency problem should be addressed.
Flash instruction:
You don't have to unlock bootloader to flash this rom.
Download the zip and copy it to the root directory of internal storage.
Go to settings, system update, click the gear on the right upper corner, select offline update and select the zip file you just downloaded. the phone will reboot into recovery to flash the zip file. After update is complete reboot into recovery and wipe userdata and cache. Then finish the setup process.
There are some bundled useless Chinese apps but they could be uninstalled. Maybe later I'll make a detailed instruction on how to root/debloat this rom.
ALWAYS BACKUP BEFORE FLASHING
FLASH AT YOUR OWN RISK.
I just can't handle the download page on the phone probably I need a PC to access that website with translate on . Can you reupload to mega or grdrive or is illegal ? Thanks for you time and for your firmware found

Have it german language?
Just a fair warning, I haven't download the file nor intend to. If this is official OP update for the Chinese market, it may as well have the firmware update to the modem/radio on top of the OS. Again I didn't look at the zip, so I can't tell.

It does contain a file (static_nvbk.bin) in the RADIO folder so I would assume so too
Regarding bloat, you should be able to use the OnePlus 3 DBLOATR as it should be almost the same - minus some firmware-related
EDIT:
When checking the readable binary...
the two radio files are identical.

If they actually updated firmware for the so-called latency problem (it doesn't exactly say that in the notes, but translation via google ..) , then one of you that installs it and sees that it works can zip up the files in /system/etc/firmware/tp and anyone can copy them up here for people who are bugged by it to use with their OS (or OOS), etc.
You'd have to make sure you have the permissions the same as the originals, so maybe just save all the originals as *.orig or zip them up or something in case of problem.
Thanks. -- I mean, at the worst, they can be 'diffed' to see if there was any change at all from say, 3.5.3 OOS.
I also bought a china set, and it came with Hydrogen OS. So I went to the Oneplus website to download the Oxygen OS and flashed it by just copying the zip file into the local storage and go to System Update and choose local install and choose the zip file. It will install by itself.
After running the Oxygen OS, I find a few issues. The main problem is the battery life. Somehow it dropping fast, the Hydrogen OS is much better. Don't notice the battery life drop. The other issue is the hotkey. I like the back key to be on the right side of the home button. The back button is on the left side of the home button for the Oxygen OS.
So I switched back to Hydrogen OS but installing the ROM above. I found the latest Hydrogen OS on the Oneplus China website and it is the same version as the ROM above. So it is safe, and it is the latest and greatest version.
Feel free to flash.

Hello Folks
I know there are people out there who have got Ticwatch E with Chinese Version Ticwear OS. Here I am posting a guide to port Android Wear 2.0 OS to Ticwatch E. Lets Go for it !!!
(This is not my work, I tried to port it for on my watch as an experiment, and successfully did it. So, I am just posting the guide.)
First of all, follow this video to take a backup of your watch !!
Link : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JBbTSxH1l70
Now , follow these steps as mentioned :
1. Install the SP tool and supporting drivers, you can find them here :
https://androidmtk.com/smart-phone-flash-tool
2. Open the SP tool
3. Go tot he format tab, select format whole option.
4. click on run.
5. Now turn off your watch and connect it to your PC using the charging cable.
(SP tool automatically detects the device and format it)
7. Now, remove the watch from the cable and don't try to switch it on.
8. Export data from Ticwatch2AW.zip into any folder. (Referring Post : HERE)
8. Now, load the scatter file (its in Ticwatch2AW.zip) . It will automatically map all the other files according to your device. Uncheck userdata.img and click run button.
9. Now connect your watch back to the cable, SP tool again will detect the watch and will start the flashing process.
10. after flashing remove the watch and switch it in. Initially it wiil seem like it is stuck on the AW boot logo (it keeps on animating)
11. Mine took 3-4 hours to start, so keep the watch on charging.

Give it a try and let people know...
Man thanks a lot for this, really saved me here. I just bought the Ticwatch E and i live in Beijing, wasn't even thinking about it shipping with anything else other than android wear. Just wanted to add that you have to add the scatter file before formatting (i used the newest version of SP flash tool), then do the format, disconnect the watch and go to download > hit the download button, connect the watch and it does the rest itself. I waited only a few minutes for Wear OS to boot, everything works and updates as usual. I was really appaled by the chinese version of the OS, even though i know some Chinese it's still bad.
