[Q] Can not restore backup via pc suite after changing rom - G2 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hi guys,
I had a backup with pc-suite when my G2 had 4.2.2 installed. Then i updated to 4.4 and restored the backup, it was okey. But after few days, i rooted my phone, installed twrp and flashed a rooted open euro 20d rom via twrp and flashed dorimanx 4.4 kernel. After the process everything is perfect but i can not restore the backup i had via pc-suite. I can see the backup folder and even pc-suite says i have had a backup but the restore button is not clickable.
Is there a solution to restore my backup via pc-suite or another pc or android application?
Thanks

[Q] Restoring a CWR Backup?

I have made a CWR backup of my rooted 1.1 stock rom with all my installed apps. I tried out the new 1.2 update and then tried to restore my backup. Everytime I connect to Wifi I get a message about problem authinticating and having to reflash to stock. How can I get my backup to restore correctly? Wipe data/cache? Won't that take out all my apps? Or am I stuck going back through 1.1 stock, autonooter, install apps/titanium restore?

[Q] Complete Backup

Hi Everyone,
I have an P5110 running stock Samsung 4.04 ICS firmware it's rooted and has cwm touch recovery installed and titanium backup pro (root) installed.
My question is this how do i verify a Nanodroid backup ?
I have read it checks the backups before a restore.
However, When running version 5.xx of CWM recovery it failed twice to restore data and since i couldn't i find a way to check the data before i restored it.
Data was overwritten, however cwm reported a fail to write to data, and sure enough no data had been written but /data had been formatted.
Is their a way to verify a backup before i choose to restore it ?
i am now using ClockworkMod-Recovery_6.0.1.0
thanks

Restore app data from kitkat nandroid to lollipop?

Hey guys, needs some assistance. I just upgraded to 5.0. I made a nandroid backup before doing so but I assumed that google would backup app data. It did for most but for most but some apps the data wasnt saved. Is there a way to restore app data only through TWRP? Also when loading TWRP on 5.0 I cant see the nandroid directory I made for 5.0 and TWRP doesnt recognize my old kit kat nandroid. To clarify If i use the file manager I can see it but when selecting restore it oly shows the 5.0 nandroid I made. Am I missing something? Did the directory of the nandroids get moved from 4.4 to 5.0? I want to avoid installing the stock 4.4 image just to restore my kit kat nandroid , then backup my data correctly then reinstall 5.0. There's gotta be a workaround....help?
Nevermind. I just bit the bullet and flashed the factory 4.4 image. restored my nandroid, did a proper backup, and reflashed 5.0. Close the thread
