[Q] Kernels for stock and CM11 - Galaxy Note 3 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

First of all sorry for my poor English.
I want to know what Kernels are available for stock and CM11, thanks.

Stock can be found in dev/original dev sections.
CM might wanna look in CM thread for Temasek's and Yank's. Lean can be found in the lean kernel thread that is in the original dev section.

No. There is no way to get TW anything working on AOSP roms.

[Q] Maclaw Studio ROMs recommendation

I've been using Maclaw ROMs since 4.2 version, and now I'm not sure which one is the best. I tried CM11, but it has time keeping issue, AOKP 4.3 has battery drain, and PAC 4.3 is too buggy. Can you tell me your experiences?
I've been using CM11 for a few weeks now and I haven't had any major problems with it. Of course, it's CM11 so there will be bugs.

[Q] Is there a NON-TW rom aside from CM for I9500?

I was curious is there were any non-touchwiz(non-samsung based) roms in existence, aside from CM?
I understand the MIUI is also TW based. Is there anything else? AOKP Kang does not appear to have a ROM for I9500. Am I missing any project?

Stable AOSP,AOKP suggestion for i9500

Bored of use TW roms, I want to change another based rom, which rom do you suggest as AOSP, AOKP based? With little bugs?

Little bugs?
What about Slimrom? They don't appear to have any stable builds for your phone, but there's a weekly build on Kitkat 4.4.4 at the moment.
Slim-i9500-4.4.4.build.7.6-WEEKLY-6233
Might be worth checking out.
Other than that. I recommend checking out the I9500 section, and search for AOSP / Stable.
