Stock Rom for att galaxy s4?

Hello everyone!
I have a Galaxy with Android 4.3 with Att im trying to unlock it and found a guide to do so but the process don't work because of the new update im looking for a stock rom on a lower andoid im doing this for a friend and I been on iPhone for a while now so I wouldnt know which rom will work with this device, I want to do this right and not brick this galaxy im not new to rooting or flashing roms.
I would appreciate any help!!

This will help you with SIM unlock, if that is what you are attempting.
If it is a bootloader unlock for installing custom ROMS, that is currently not possible with the latest MK2 firmware.

[Q] Help! NC1 downgrade to stock MK6 (rogers)

hi guys
I have the Canadian (rogers) version of the S4, i337m.
Ever since I got the OTA update to firmware NC1, I have been trying to find a way to get back to STOCK MK6 firmware.
I have been searching for a clear method, but cant find out the exact process of doing it.
Can anybody help me?

you can because of knox bootloader and if you try to flash any other bootloader other then knox it will hard brick im speaking form experience... sorry

I337M Lost Signal after updating from Stock 4.2.2 to 4.4.2 NE3! HELP..

Please help me.. I have updated a SGH - I337m with Claro on 4.2.2 to a stock 4.4.2 NE3 trought ODIN and lost the signal inmediately. Emergency Calls only. Not registered on network when I try to conect manualy.
I`m not shure that my phone has unlocked and now is locked newer, but I dont have a Claro Sim card to know, I use TIGO.
I have tried to unlock with RegionLock Away and not work for me, I have tried rooting, instaled TWRP, Philz Touch and Safestrap and I cant change my modem to try the unlock again. I tried flashing modems MF3, NC1, NE1, and I cant.
I tried too flash stock firmware 4.4.2 NE1, NC1, NE 2 , custom rom 4.4.2 and the baseband keep ever the same NE3.
Not work the Codes like *#0011#
Please help me what can I do.
My Bootloader is NE3.

*Edith: I got install NC1 modem but still cant do the unlock tutorial because never can install de MF3 modem trought Safestrap. I believe is my Bootloader my problem.

You lost the IMEI maybe. Did you make a backup of your EFS/IMEI before install Lollipop? You will have to reflash Lollipop again if not.

Downgrading to kit kat may not have downgraded the bootloader which means the phone is running a kit kat ROM and baseband on a lollipop bootloader.

How to update modem/BL to OK3 Currently i m on OH1(gsm unlocked) - Please help guys

Hi friend !
i want to get solution of my issue
i purchased l720t
while modem is OH1
and i live in pakistan !
i want to use Marshmallow roms for that i think i need to update boot loader & modem to latest version because on OH1 gsm is not working right now !
i just want to update modem / boot loader to latest version which is OK3 & also want to use GSM here in pakistan.
can you pleaseeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee help me out to do this
