No LOCKSCREEN miui

After I had updated my HTC HD2 to miui 1.11.25 the lockscreen of my theme disapeared ,I have installed genie widget and downloaded many lockscreen and all of them didn't ana I still don't have a lockscreen what should i do ?????

do you have any apps such as battery indicator or anything that in the optons can turn off the lock screen?

No, this problem only appears in the new version of miui

im running that version with the go launcher instead of the default one and lockscreen is fine for me

Lockscreen weather animation

My weather animation on the lockscreen do not work anymore. It workt one day and now i do not see it anymore. Please help

That carp only work if you have added the widgets on your home screen or one of the touchscreen page. Otherwise, it won't ever update the weather that the lockscreen animation depends on

Mine works, and updates fine.... I use Nova launcher, no stock weather widget running at all...

same problem here...it won't work even I clear to defaults and cache of weather apk..I don't know how to make it to work those weather effects in the lockscreen.

Not true. I don't use the stock LG widget, but the lockscreen weather animation still works for me. See screenshot.

same problem here its not working even i installed stock rom via kdz method did factory resets also but no use.

REQUEST - Customizable Stock Lockscreen

Hello fellow G2-Users,
One thing that bothers me with this great phone is the lack to customize the stock lockscreen. For example display calendar and weather, changing the clock etc. I know there is WidgetLocker and other apps but i want to keep the great unlocking animation from the stock lockscreen and of course knockoff from lockscreen.
Who else wants this?
Who can make this possible?

I'm using a PIN code for security, so that changes things a bit. On that version of the lock screen, you can swipe from the left and add widgets. Stock lockscreen.

Thx for your suggestion!! iam aware of that and it is also avaible without PIN security. But i want to see my next appointment and weather on the main lockscreen and change the (ugly) stock clock.

Try "Android Weather" app. It has the features you mention, you can make the widget transparent if you want, and it can be added to the lockscreen.

oh THX just realize you can remove the stock clock. wow. sometimes you dont the forest because of the trees.

Android Lollipop App Based Notification in Lock Screen

Hi, I am not sure whether there is a solution to this question so far, but as far as I tried to google it, I cannot find a work around.
I have updated to Lollipop 5.0 recently and the notifications in lock screen are impressive. However, I have some persistent app such as Apex Launcher, Profile Scheduler+ that will always run in the background. Some apps have an option to hide lock screen notification but not many have this options (at least those app that i used do not have).
One of the most annoying situation is during my running at night, where I have:-
1. Location Set by GPS (System UI)
2. Notification Status by GPS Status
3. Notification Status by Runtastic
4. Internet Speed Meter Lite (This app has a function to hide itself in lock screen, but sometimes it doesn't work....)
5. Profile Scheduler+ (persistent app)
6. Plus some whatsapp notification...
where i only want to have 1, 3, 6 in the lock screen.....
Is there any "app based notification chooser" in the field? That you can select what app can display notification in the lock screen.

Try my android tools it's in playstore you can disable notifications inside the app

Hmm, I gotta try this My Android Tools app then, cause since moving to Lollipop this issue has made me crazy! However I mind how the clock and date font becomes small (tiny in fact) when there are other notifications in lock screen more than the number of notifications on LS. Even if those notifications had to be persistent there was absolutely no meaning for the clock and date fonts to go small!

I'll have a mess about see what I come up with sounds like decompile system ui is only way to set certain notifications what's your rom and kernel I'll take a look

If it can be done its beyond my level iv pulled the rom apart only way is no notifications anywhere or live with on lockscreen or a 3rd option is a custom lockscreen

Thanks for your help. It seems we need to wait android or Samsung to provide us this option. I will look into 3rd party lockscreen

You can block an app's notifications altogether in settings.
It would be fairly simple to make an app or script that would enable/disable that, on a timer or something.
To remove certain notifications from just the lock screen, though, would either require modding the desired apps individually, or some rather significant mods to SystemUI.
