I am new to xda,
I flashed dn3 4.4,
rooted with dr.ketan thread,
my old version was 4.3.
I am stucked at the boot logo,
may I get help from some who might spare some time.

Did you read all the instructions on how to root? Probably not. Go back, re-read several times, then do it again, checking each step 1 by 1.
Do not skip any steps.

It happened to me once after I installed DN3 KK. I only removed the battery and started it normally, and it booted.
You could try it, but as others had mentioned, following the instructions is a must.

air gestures won't work cause note 2 doesn't have the required sensor that note 3 does

Navring is quit enough .... But when i tried it on a ROM based on AOKP my N7 crashed and reboot !!!
So i decided to have a clear answer .... Yes or no ?!

Right on, unfortunately I don't believe you can have lock screen short cuts, you can always try a different kernel, newer build of ROM and see if it still crashes, if it does you can try wiping. Sorry

As im a big fan of miui n have ported 5 miui's but smali I can't understand that in deep! As im a medical student by profession! As of no one has PMed about the problem!

So here you go what I have done till now!
Firstly i build a full ota fixing all issue's! Then tested rom
it booted but non of the sims nor wifi was working
secondly i fixed all smali releated to RIL the rom is not
booting the logcat says the jar is stale or corrupted! So
now fixing jars one by one android.policy has been fixed
need to test it! If it works I will fix other jar if it didn't then
have to see the main problem! So whoever is best in smali
please inbox me so that we can get miui asap!

Whats the difference between the JS roms and the JW roms that I am seeing in the developers section? Any benefits to either one? Im currently on Stock Rooted 4.3 JW rom right now.

Hello folks got my galaxy note 3 today. Just checked the advanced development section and I am lost. So was hoping to get help from you guys. Would anyone be kind to list few good touch wiz rom in terms of features and battery life. 2 or 3 would enough. And will not forget to hit the thanks button.

Each got pros nd cons. Try them. Just read the op, if written tw means tw rom.
U shld check ur firmware, on 4.3 or 4.4.
And then....
U shld root nd install cwm first bfore continue.

Each person has their own pref. Not to mention each rom will and can work differently depending on the device and person that is using the device. The best option (had you followed the rules you would know this) would be to try a few out and make up your own mind. Keep in mind this is a development forum. Not a rom forum.
