You Tube offline watch it later. Possible ?

The last version of youtube enables the preloading (caching) of all the videos you add in the watch later playlist. But it needs to be online in order to play them, for some crappy reason. Is there a way to bypass that and play all the videos in "watch later" while offline?
Some info on this feature and the crap reason.
YouTube, careful to draw a distinction between this and total downloading of its vids (which breaks its terms of service), is careful to point out that you’ll still need to be online for the first second when you press play.

I was asking myself the same thing, it doesnt work for me either.
I'd like a good answer for it.

Thanks, but I use tubemate its the best for downloading youtube videos. WWW.TUBEMATE.NET
But I need to know if that avality is avaliable for everybody.

How is it that there is no interest in this one? I mean imagine to pick videos from youtube to play offline.

Guys, he doesn't want a YouTube downloader. He wants to be able to play the video the official YouTube app caches but while offline. OP, I didn't know you could do this, I'll look around for a way.

I can't get on WiFi at the moment but, I'm thinking that YouTube would store the videos on your phone. I'm thinking in the /data partition under one of the YouTube apps folders. I'll check later tonight once I have WiFi.

Just use a YouTube down loader. I know its one extra step but if its worth the extra step then do it.

Use PVSTAR+ as player - it searches and shows youtube vids, and stores them in a cache. You can also copy them out of the cache and they are normal mp4 files. (it also has a mp3 mode, which only downloads the music part it seems). The app also runs in background and with screen off. Completely replaced youtube app with it.
(it also searches on dailymotion and i think you can add other sites)

I even use this app to download hd vodeos on my droid razr ..
Yeah its available fo everyone but unfortunately google has removed it from play store but still you can google out for tubemate.. Its good app i believe

The reviews make the game look bad and based on the controls I don't think its xp optimized because you have to tap where you want the person to move and it fires automatically on aim. The graphics look good though

Well I have this game and first of all its only compatible with 4.0.3 and up, I installed it but when ever I want to start it it just exits in a few seconds, what could be wrong.

Oooo...good question!! I love sony's media apps!! I wish we had a camera made by sony. That's what I really miss the most. My xperia x10's 8mp camera, made in 2010, still takes pictures that are far better quality than most 8mp cameras being made today.
There is a ported xperia honami (?) rom in the android dev section that would have all of these. I can't say I've flashed it yet, but I'm pretty sure all the base sony apps work with that one. Historically, though, sony's apps require the entire xperia framework to be ported over, though, for any of the apps to work on other roms. It's not just a simple apk install, unfortunately.
My dream is to have a sony-made xperia nexus that uses vanilla aosp android, but still offers all of the sony apps on top...just not their UI

Thanks a lot, the Walkman app works great. The movies app doesn't want to seem to play any of my content but it's just nice to be able to see that I can install these and they work.

you can only use it by opening the Movies app ( must be 8.0.A.0.6 version ) ,play any video and enter to fullscreen,tap on the screen and press the last icon then it will be minimized to small app.
