Does anybody know if the flashable flashlight toggles for the s4 or tmobile note 3 will work with our phones? Or is there a flashable pull down toggle for a flashlight that works with kitkat leak on our phones?
I use the exposed framework and it works, but you need to be rooted

Make a backup and try them out, if they don't work just do a restore.

There is no module to add a torch toggle to the notification toggles.

I know but I'm just saying that there is not a module to add a toggle to the quick toggles.
I couldn't find a pull down toggle module. Anybody else know of anything? Nobody is really responding in the sprint forums if their flashable zip will work on verizon.

I just flashed the Sprint zips and they add the toggle but it does not turn on the LED. If you're using a custom ROM with it's own settings in the settings menu it will remove them.

Thanks for trying... so the search continues. I'm a bit surprised to see the lack of development given the golden stock ROM we were handed.

Someone on the mj6 leak said if you go to the quick toggle setup and reset it you'll get it back. But didn't work for me.

Yup I tried the same logical step, but to no avail.. SMH at Samsung! I did download the Data Enabler Widget which does the same thing, but still disappointed as to why they would remove an important toggle.. At least give us an option to restore it!
What about the power toggles app? Does that not work?

I personally have never found a reason to want to toggle data on and off so I never even noticed it was missing. That being said, would you be able to use Tasker to watch for another quick toggle (such as S Beam or Blocking Mode) to activate/deactivate and then toggle data accordingly? At least that would give you a solution more closely related to what you are used to. Just a thought.
The stock ROM is absolutely perfect for me, except for 2 things. All I want is a flashlight and a rotation toggle in the quicksettings panel.
I know I can get an app to do it and put it in the notification panel, but I'd love to get them in the quicksettings panel.
Also, I'd want to keep ART so I can't use Xposed.
Basically what I'm wondering is, is there a flashable zip that adds those 2 toggles to the qs panel?
Bump

As far as I'm aware--although I could be wrong--no, there aren't any flashable .zips available. To do what you're asking would certainly require modifying the SystemUI.apk, and while there are plenty of guides for doing this on 4.3 and below, I'm not too sure those methods would be applicable for 4.4... Sorry, mang. Hopefully someone with greater knowledge can chime in with a true answer, but I honestly don't have one.
EDIT: In the mean time I'm going to keep looking into it for yah though. Kinda curious myself.

Is this on the stock ROM?
Yes. But, its xposed module with gravity box. I posted before I read you wanted to keep ART.

Hey guys,
is there any 4.4 rom that has customizable quicksettings with a working 2g/3g toggle? I tried CM11, but the toggle does not seem to work atm. Purity does not have a 2g 3g toggle at all.
Xposed Framework with GravityBox is no workaround as I am using ART.
Just wanted to know if you know a rom that already supports that.
Cataclysm will do all you want.

Which ones? I just spend reading 182 descriptions of Xposed mods and didn't catch one that allows 2G/3G toggle.
And is there a possibility to tie them into Tasker?
Paranoid android now has a 2g/3g toggle

CM11. No problem with art but it's still officially unsupported.
There are total of 20 buttons. One I think it's really missing is the mobile data toggle. Is it possible to make it show up?
If this is possible, would it be possible to have an app installed to do that and turn off the Samsung built-in one?
Thanks

How can I turn off the Samsung one? That said, there are a few toggles that are SGS4 specific.
Thanks

I don't believe you can. Unfortunately, AT&T made them pretty well remove it (I believe on the T-Mobile 4.3 you can tweak a system file and get it back, but i tried and it doesn't work on I337) and the default ones aren't an option.
Hi as title says, is there a way to remove the slight faded eye looking icon in the notification bar when smart stay features are on?
I always leave the feature on so the icon sitting on my notification bar is unnecessary. I am rooted and am amusing I need to delete a system file (maybe?) so if anyone knows please tell me
Thanks!

I fixed that on mine by using the corresponding option from Wanam xposed.
What do you mean? Can you tell me the solution?

Root. Install latest xposed framework. Install Wanam exposed module. Toggle the corresponding setting there.
use 2 finger to pull down from top and you shall see the option to turn it off.

That is not the same thing, the toggle will disable smart-stay, most people would want smart-stay to still work but not to show the icon.

I don't understand the process. It sounds quite complicated so I think I'll just live with the icon showing on my notification bar.
