Battery Life? - One (M8) General

What sort of battery life are you getting with your setup?
I'm not under-volted or overclocked.
Governor is Conservative with Deadline Scheduler.
Typical use. Lots of Bluetooth audio streaming after 3pm. Mostly general use; Facebook, web browsing, lots of music, showing off the speakers and screen, etc.

How about searching before posting.

Well... If the XDA App weren't such crap; I could search. Thanks for being snarky about it! Have some coffee.

I'm probably showing my age there. I wonder how many people know what it refers to.

Great book but your comment was definitely more effective without the link. Lulz at plain ol 42.
If she's 18, then go for it. Don't worry about the calls. Just do it.

Yeah, that's a bug in the phone. Sometimes when you use it, the battery level goes down.
Just kidding, so what is the problem? Do you think the battery level went down too fast? You are gonna have to give us more information. What background tasks do you have running? Widgets on the home screen? Etc.
I run beautiful widget and my home screens are mostly full well three of them ate nvm close this thtred

If you would've answered, I'm sure he would've been satisfied and closed the thread.
Anyways, set cpu is more straightforward and user friendly and I like it.
Oc widget gets the job done, but I feel it uses more power being a widget and all

I'm sure he found the awnser he was looking for as he never reposted. The reason this thread got erected is the fact theres multiple threads with the same question being asked if people searched before hand there wouldn't be this problem. The only reason a link wasn't posted before was the fact that I awnsered using my phone.

How do you kill time?

Id like to hear some of the creative ways you guys use your Vibrant to kill time at work. I obviously am expecting answers like games, music, ebooks, podcasts, etc....but im also hoping to get some fairly unique ideas that may not be commonly thought of. Let em rip!

Yeah... just like any other phone on the market?
most battery power devices will work with no battery in, as long as theres a mains supply
Actually most phones don't do this, so just stop trying to be condescending towards the O.P.
Sony probably do this on purpose because ppl are gonna be doing a lot of gaming on it, you might wanna take it out so it doesn't get hot.

a LOT of handsets do this, had countless Nokia's Moto's & Sony Ericsson's that do it. He wasn't being condescending just pointing out lots of handsets on the market do.
That's odd, every Motorola I've ever had doesn't do this. Did the ones you had have SIM cards?

None of the Motorola's or Nokia's have ever done this for me! Can't comment on se as this is my first one.
Whats even more wierd is it you play non stop with a bettery plugged in and charging it will still drain the battery slowly

Yup, most phones do this, all mine have, as do laptops, psp's, nintendo ds, 3ds, some digital cameras etc,
Really isn't anything new lol

Jelly Bean Search vs. Siri!

I can't wait till we see this on the Vibrant. Check this out!
I honestly do not think their comparable.
Siri still has a + side to it, for example you can ask it something in any way you want to and it will reply, Google Now does not, yet anyways.
Anything else, Google Now has done better so far, organization, information, etc.
Sir I seems more life like but information providing is not that great but with Now you have to say it like you are googling it

I agree. There should be a setting to turn off voice if it already isn't there.
I would just like the information without the phones voice.
Oh come on, you wouldn't use this at all (excluding for actual google searches)?
