Are ROMs cross flashable on the Snapdragon LTE models?
I saw a ROM that can be flashed on a variety of the Snapdragon LTE models and I am wondering if this applies to all ROMs.
This is because I come from the Xperia Z where ROMs are cross flashable between the 3G and LTE models of the device, due to them being internally identical just with different frequency bands.
If this is not the case then I will need to specifically find the SM-G900F which is difficult since in Australia I believe it is the SM-G900i model that is sold...

Are all the N9005 from different markets the same? Or do they have different LTE bands? I just bought a Singaporean version but I just wanted to make sure it would.work in Canada on Rogers.
It it at all possible that the only difference between the HSPA only N900 and the carrier model N900a is baseband firmware?
Its not unheard of that both have identical modem hardware and would just need to be flashed with a different one.
Thanks in advance!
No. N900 is exynos and n900a is qualcomm lte on at&t

Not unless you can flash entirely new hardware...
You can't access LTE on the 3G only device, it doesn't have an LTE radio.
Are displays for both models compatible ? Can mother boards be swapped between them ?
I read somewhere that Snapdragon 801 was one of the first smartphone chipset where the LTE radio band compatiblitiy/frequncy is determined sole by softwear.
(I know on the older smartphones LTE bands is set in hardware.)
So I am wondering if I can load the moden from G900I to a G900F to unlock more frequency on the G900F?
anyone?
got an I9507 and broke the screen
want to order new one but can't find one, is it the same as any other S4 model?
according to gsmarena it's just a carrier specific variant, the specs are purported to be exactly the same as the i9505

That's a variant of Galaxy S4 Qualcomm with TD-LTE support. Only available on Hong Kong AFAIK.

I'm curious if an Exynos international G935F model would be missing any of the t-mobile usa LTE/radio bands? I know the Tmobile branded model (G935T) support 4x4 MIMO and some specific T-Mobile usa bands... And I want to make sure if I get the international G935F model, would I be missing any bands?
The current G935T has excellent coverage (reception/speed) so I want to make sure I wouldn't loose that by buying international G935F Exynos model.
Any guidance would be appreciated.
