Finally worked out!
Big thanks to @antarix for the method and @LeslieKawiti For pointing out ,so here's the full method.
So here's the full Guide
One sim will be fully functional
Well i did flash this over Retail GB but i dont think so thats required as it has no effect
1.Flash GPE from this method only!(specially the gpe image)
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2726041
Boot into gpe once
2.Flash any recovery via Moto Tool or via command-line.
3.Do a full wipe(not userdata obviously!)
3.Install the rom.
Boot and Voila!

I guess that everyone figured that out long time ago
but after flashing retail gb and then custom roms would still give network errors(can recieve calls, hangup issues) and encryption errors on official gpe
These images are semi-official which actually modify the partition and give more space -thus really converting to gpe
None could get even one sim working properly but now we can!
excellent. It is same with my problem, but now solved.Thanks.
Is it possible to keep F2FS file system when converting a xt1033 for single sim stock roms like tweaky one? Ext4 is not as good as f2fs according to tests. Thank you.

Well that guide is to convert gpe, it does not significantly tell that all roms will support XT1033 after flashing ,if u just add that this will make all roms support XT1033, I'll be glad if u add that in ur guide
Now I know that your answer will be that it is obvious that after converting it should work on all roms but that didn't happen with retail GB or other gpe firmware, THAT'S WHY!

I read on few custom ROM threads that people complain on XT1033 related problems, that don't exist on single sim versions. Does this (or some other) hack make 1033 behave exactly as 1032, or those 1033 related issues are still present after the hack?
*I don't intend to ever use both sims, but local retailers only sell dual sim version.

Hi Guys, like many of you I have been searching all over the forum on how to get the GPE Rom working on our dual sim variant of the Moto G. Most of us can do away with a single sim and seldom use the second one. After experimenting with the NON-HLOS.bin and fsg.mbn, I found out that the GPE rom doesn't work even if we retain the fsg or modem from the Asia-Retail dual sim roms. So here goes the guide on how to make the GPE rom work with a single sim on the XT1033. You'll need to have adb and fastboot installed or download the minimal adb and extract the contents to the rom folder.
1) Flash complete stock 4.4.2 Retail-GB or (MIRROR- Thanks aqcohen) rom. You'll have a working single sim. (You can use the attached Retail_GB.bat. Copy it over to the extracted folder and run it.)
2) Download and extract The GPE or (GPE MIRROR- Thanks aqcohen) rom.
3) Replace the GPE_XT1032_KOT49H.M004_CFC.bat with GPE_XT1033_KOT49H.M004_CFC.bat (attached) and run it.
4) You should now have the GPE rom with a single sim working.
P.S. This should work with other AOSP based roms like CM which are built for XT1032. Also you can try flashing 'only' the baseband (fsg.mbn) and modem (NON-HLOS.bin) of Retail-GB firmware and see if primary sim works on CM roms.
To flash specific partitions, edit the batch file accordingly.
Press THANKS if worked.
I did confuse with
1) Flash complete stock 4.4.2 Retail-GB rom. You'll have a working single sim. (You can use the attached Retail_GB.bat. Copy it over to the extracted folder and run it.)
if "You'll have a working single sim." then it's finish step ? sorry to ask

No. By that I meant you'll have the stock Retail-GB rom with single sim functionality.

Flash Custom Recovery.

Only one sim should be working. Did you flash the GPE rom using the batch file attached?? Or else you must have flashed the GPE baseband and modem too. You have to use the Retail-GB NON-HLOS.bin and fsg.mbn to get network. Flash according to the OP.

Thanks for reporting guys! I will also be trying this very soon. I'm probably going to be moving to GPE ROM.
On Moto G XT1033
Won't work!
Hey there!
I've already tried and tested flashing Retail.GB modem/radio over AOSP ROMs like CarbonROM, LiquidSmoothROM, and it doesn't work.
ParanoidAndroid does work on XT1033 [Single Sim] by flashing the extra file mentioned in the thread (here) but flashing the same file on other AOSP ROMs dosen't help (the same call not hanging up problem persists).
From what I understand, Doublepranks has ported CM for XT1033 (here) and its the only AOSP ROM which works with single-sim enabled.
I assume it won't be hard to merge AOSP based ROMs with Doublepranks's sources, but I suppose I'll wait until the official CM includes support for XT1033 (as mentioned on CM wiki -- read here).
That is, until a more elegant solution comes along. Fingers crossed! :fingers-crossed:
Edit: By doesn't work, I meant to say partially doesn't work. Internet works just fine, but calling is buggy [can't hang-up the call/Can't receive calls].
Edit: PA is also AOSP. So that makes it 2 AOSP ROM which work with XT1033.

Only for xt1033 dual sim phones
so it is converted 5.1 nexus stock to moto G xt1032? or it is custom?
Sorry guys don't download it has not been updated since November, sorry
I will update when new version comes
Android Lollipop 5.1 SOAK TEST TWRP BACKUPIt's done, here we go. and before you start, remember to update your TWRP to the latest version.
Okay guys, as promised, here is the complete 5.1 cleaned up BACKUP...
Instructions:
1. Download it.
2. Extract it.
3. Move to your Internal Storage or External.
4. Restore it.
For Brazilian or Argentina users, go to bootloader a.k.a fastboot and flash this, will fix the SIM problem. If any india user is having problem with SIM, here is the india baseband.
Sorry by the poor OP, but i was in hurry
Just to warn, THIS WILL NOT WORK WITH CWM!!!!If the backup isn't showing on the list do this, go to the extracted zip, put your serial number on the third folder of the backup (TWRP/BACKUP/<yourserialnumber>/2015-06-16--09-03-35_LPC23.13-34/) how do i know my serial number? go to about phone or in bootloader and get your serial number...Works fine on XT1021 (thanks to @Carlos Arriaga) and XT1022.Credits for the OTA: Saurabh Sinha
And if you want to remove all the bloatware from the 5.1 stock, here is the solution, just flash this (all bloatware script thanks to @Carlos Arriaga)
Here is the link!
1. Download it.
2. Move to your internal or external
3. Flash it like a normal flashable zip.

there are 2 possibilities about flashing g900f firmware on your g900v:
1) it will refuse to flash
2) you will hardbrick
as I said earlier, please flash this to check whether your bootloader is locked or unlocked.

The G900F has an unlocked bootloader - the G900V does not. If it does flash, you can root if you want. If it doesn't flash - all your stuff will still be there.
By the way - there is no such thing as too many questions

This is VERY weird. Flashing PB1 should get rid of it... any bad side effects?

I meant that should get rid of the G900F files.
If there are any adverse effects, flash PB1 using odin. Do you know how to (if you want to?)

Yes I can, but the thing is that I want to keep it, coz it give me lte signals, on the other hand Verizon doesnt give me lte. Thts what happened on my note 3 Verizon, thts why I changed my device which I loved so much.
But here I m plus one coz I can unlock the bootloader and install any rom but not sure those rom supports the bandwith of my lte sim.
Any advice ? Also uploading the network mode selection.

Now I understand the situation.
I would NOT attempt to unlock the bootloader, just use FlashFire, unless you want AOSP. Try flashing a G900F rom on yours. I don't see why it would not work
