Hi all,
I am on 4.3 on my sgp321 using stock rom unrooted. A while ago the movies app suddenly stopped working and won't open anymore
The message displayed is "unfortunately, movies has stopped"
I've tried disabling and enabling again. Uninstalled updates. Cleared app data. But nothing seems to work. Kindly help.....

Hi there,
recently im having an issue with Googles play store. all im trying ends up in an Error stating "Error fetching Data from Server [rpc:s-5:aec-0]".
can anyone throw some Light on this issue?

If you cleared framework data to try and force an ota update it breaks play. Try deleting your google account, restarting, sign into google account, open play.

Hello everybody! I own a sgs4 which is rooted and it is running the MDM version and everything was running fine. But since today i am not able to open the s-health app.
When i enter my unlock code for the app it freezes and i get the message that it has stopped.
Has anyone an idee what could be the problem?

I'm really sorry! The problem was that I've installed the multiwindow mod and set S-health to the active apps. I removed it and now it works again. If a moderator could close this thread I would be very thankful

Has anyone else had this or seen it or knows of fixes? Its been happening while I was on 4.2 and still on 4.3. I've tried new and old versions of app store. Different radios and still nothing. Any ideas would be appreciated. I am stock 4.3 rooted.

I'm having the same problem. Before it started I was getting a blank page for My apps with the message "Apps and games installed from Google Play Store will appear here." with buttons to install apps and install games? The current error started after I rebooted the phone. My apps were there with two apps to be updated.
Great link. Thank you for the help. It worked perfectly. Delete your Google account from your phone and re-add it.

Thanks, this worked for me, too.
I am getting the error in the attached pic when trying to update apps in the play store.
I tried to force stop Google services framework, Google play services, goggle play store, cleared data and cache for each, rebooted to stock recovery,cleared cache and still getting the error!

Any chance any of these apps you are updating a backup restored from a previous version? Perhaps patched with something like Lkucy Patcher? Does it happen for all apps? Can you install any other apps from the Play Store without a problem?

I think I got it. Other apps install fine which was weird so I just removed app data for those apps then the app itself and it installed OK from the play store

Hi guys goodnight
Today I flashed a rom call MIUI V5 and the Gapps. My s4 had booted up with no problems, I went through the process of setting up my phone. I open the play store for the first time and it worked but the second time it didn't, it keep saying "no connection" and I keep refreshing but no luck.
Anyone has ideas? Please need help

1. Make sure Play Store is closed.
2. Go to the app settings and remove all data from Play Store.
3. Go into /data/data/ (with a root explorer) and remove any directory com.android.vending.
4. Restart the device after that open Play Store.
