If I want a TW ROM but stock Android messaging and email apps do I just need to find a deodexed rom and install the .apk's separately? Or have I got the totally wrong idea

I am on the SM-N900 with 4.4.2
I accidentally removed my TouchWiz.apk and SecWallpaperchooser.apk from the priv-apps folder.
Now I had tried downloading one from internet but using that I cannot choose any custom wallpapers other than the stock ones.
Can someone please give me the APK files or suggest me what I am missing so that can I can make it work.

I'm looking for a copy of the samsung s5's stock browser (SamsungBrowser) in apk form so I can test something with it :/ any advise where I can get a copy from?
Download any s5 touchwiz rom and unzip it and take it out
so I have the SecThemeChooserv2 installed and I have a lollipop theme but it doesn't stay applied when I use nova launcher. Anyway someone can like decompile the .apk and just get the png's out of it so I can use them with nova launcher?
Hi everybody
I'm using my own Deodexed lollipop for my Note 3 SM-N900 and I can't make my modified system apps like : framework-res , systemUI( that I edited by apktool ) to work with my Rom.
I've tried replacing them in Root Explorer and I also flash them in recovery, but every time I ether stuck at boot or I lose my status bar
I did these steps with previous custom Roms and the modified apps work perfectly
So my question is that Do I need to do something else beside Deodexing it so I could modify the system apps??? or am I doing something wrong???
I want to build a black Theme for my lollipop Rom. I did this with Dr.Ketan L24 Rom and I want to do that to my own stuck Rom

It looks like the problem was from my apktool version. I use Tickle My Android and it did the job perfectly
But I am still curious about installing Xposed framework on Stuck Lollipop (odex)
I'll appreciate it if you give me a link to that solution if exist, because Stuck lollipop is a bit smother than a Deodexed Rom
