I had this discussion with my boss the other day. He was trying to convince me to switch to Verizon so I have better coverage. I'm like, nope, sorry. Best I can do is AT&T(shudder). I don't do CDMA.
But in all seriousness, the hardware isn't there. GSM only.

our broadcomm nfc chip dosent support milfare classic. same for galaxy s4 international.(if i remember is bcm2533)

Yes, a vague question. If you're meaning the Google Experience Launcher, yes you can. You can even do it without root. If rooted, install CM 11- comes with the N5 launcher.
