If you mean that you need Official Stock 4.3 for Nexus 4. That is not released yet. There is a system dump extracted gmillz in Android Development forum you can flash that, else you have to wait. Please post the question in general category.

Wrong! You can download the official 4.3 rom from googles devs servers..
To just awnser ts.. You can just use the normal toolkit from mark (mskip) .. You will get a warning that the img is not in toolkits database..
My gnex is running it sinds yesterday..

I've heard of these things called adb and fastboot, they are really not that hard to use or learn. If your a Linux user its as easy as just downloading the SDK.

I have a nexus 7 which is rooted with wug fresh toolkit. It shows i am running 4.3 jellybean. I just got an update yesterday that the tablet wants me to install that is for 4.3 jellybean... The notification is in the upper left of my screen and wont go away. Not sure what to do or why its asking me to upgrade to 4.3 because i have it already. Should i install it?
thanks
It's a patch for several problems created by the 4.3 update.
Sent from my Nexus 7(2012) that has zero issues.
But since your rooted it won't update. There is a thread in General Nexus that explains and has solutions.

I too have a nexus 7 (2012) rooted with WUGfresh. It runs fine while 4.3 seems to have all sorts of problems on the Nexus 7 (2013) which is already on update #3. So I'm reluctant to upgrade to 4.3 till they solve its bugs.
What essential improvement does 4.3 bring over 4.2.2?
Ok thanks everyone, ill take a look for the other thread

The 4.3 Touchwiz was out a few weeks ago ... lol
You will probably find a custom 4.4 rom when it is pushed to the SG4 GPe

Samsung,Samsung...
Ok Thank you we must wait :/
You're new so I'll only ask you to re-read the forum rules, and pay attention to eta's
If you have a google edition phone, then you are going to get the 4.4 update soon, Patience Grasshopper!
First rule of XDA: Do not talk about XDA.
second rule of XDA: Do not ask for ETAs

It won't be happening until there is either a pushed bootloader unlock by big red/samsung or we figure out a BL bypass such as kexec etc

CM11 is fully functional for the Developer Edition now.
