Had that screen once when i flashed the wrong stock rom accidently on my Note 2, was for the S4 i think. Display driver faillure i guess. BTW the T-211 is a 7 inch tab, not a Note 3!, you might try another forum.

nooo... t-shock.. Its an end for this device...
Its with aroma installer - in the middle of installation the recovery reboots and stops aroma installation. Tried replacing updater script - stuck on boot logo.

it doesnt have those endif lines, and i already removed aroma by replacing the updater script. It installs but then gets stuck on boot logo.

i want to root this device but i cant ! i try CFROOT and Kingoroot , but both ways get faild ! after flash ROM file , phone restart and never boot ... hang on Samsung logo!

Go to settings>security>untick the reactivation lock.
Then try to root.it may help you
