Idk how Sony will release the second flagship of the year of this keeps up. I'm in the united states and have been holding off on other phones in anticipation to this z2 but now I think I'll just stick with the HTC brand. Idk why the US release was such a low priority.

So a few hours ago I read that sprint will have the Samsung Galaxy 2 (Samsung Within) I wonder if any of you guys know about this phone and can tell me real pros and cons.
Also since sprint will be deploying LTE do you think they might have an LTE uograde for the phone lije the tablets ?

Google Galaxy S II review. You will get all the information you need. No it will not have Lte as Sprints network will not begin to be deployed till late 2012. It will have wimax.

No known release date, but everyone is saying aug/sept. At that point it might even be worth waiting to see what ICS phones are coming out.
Just ordered my note 2 after 11 months of faithful service from my first note, I couldn't resist the upgrade.
This will be my third 5" device, I was an early adopter of the Dell streak and have never looked back

I have used the Motorola Defy since last December, I have loved and tweaked this phone since day one, but time is getting on, I run Quarx's CM10 and Its perfect but I want more, a bigger screen and more power!
What would be the best phone to get next I'm currently looking at the Samsung galaxy S3 and both the notes.

My personal choice would be Motorola Razr or Sony Xperia Acro S. They both have enough power(to my needs). As far as I know they are bulletproof like our defy's . And I think Razr is much cheaper than S3... Hope this helps...

Might as well wait a week for CES and see what kind of phones (and specs) are going to be the norm in 2013. A 1080p screen and 2gb RAM are going to be the new high end benchmark. Sony Xperia Z (1080p, 2GB, quadcore) is rumored to be releasing in Jan itself. And when more phones with similar specs come out, the current crop will likely get cheaper.

Hmm...In Uk Razr is cheapest phone amongst Xperia and S3... Razr Maxx is quite expensive, but i dont think it is worth extra money. Razr i is more than enough for me and it costs about 330£(+-400€)... Thats would be my personal choice, and i know that that would last me for another 3 years, same as defy...
I guess the RAZR is cool, and will last a good few years, hard decision to make

Is there any way to activate the gyroscope on RaZR M, or does it even have one?
I'm just trying to make photosphere work. I mean everything work perfect but when I use photosphere and align the blue dot for the first time it takes the first shot but it doesn't go on to the next blue dot.
I tried searching on google but couldn't find anything.
It doesn't have the supporting hardware in the camera for that feature

Years are divided into quarters. 3 months per quarter. Q1 would be January through March, and so forth. If had to guess when our handsets would receive 4.2, I would say towards the end of Q3 at the earliest. (Q3=July-September)

The only thing I'm interested about this phone is whether it will get a new design language that doesn't scream cheap. Knowing Samsung I fully expect the fingerprint sensor to be a half-baked ass feature like their past and present special feature crappy bloatware.

With the TWIN BIG EVILS AT&T & Verizon a locked down bootloader is a given. They claim its for security and network integrity, but we know its to keep us from gutting their crapware.
