I have the same "problem" (with Play links too), thats something I noticed with the newest JB leaks, maybe it's intentional. Don't think you can help it by wiping anything, cause I always do full wipe when changing ROMs and it doesn't help.
I googled it and there this same problem in HTC phones and recommended to delete htclinkify file from system/app so any suggestions plz help

I do notice this problem after upgrading to JB. I have seen other people asking similar questions in other threads.
It is utterly anniying. You can use alternative browsers like chrome those do not have this problem, but I found myself liking the stock browser more.
Before anyone can find a solution, blame Apple on this one.
I also have noticed this quite often, however occasionally (not very often) it will prompt to open using the YouTube app. Strange...

Must be a JB thing. Perhaps because stock browser should not have Flash anymore so Samsung took away the link possibility

Same problem here after upgrading to Jelly Bean.

I know that cm and aokp roms give the possibility to change the light level for the autobrightness. There are aosp roms that have this feature?

Try xylon ROM or liquid smooth ROM. I know these two have that feature.

Is anyone having issues with their Nexus 4 during Skype video calls? My Nexus 4 randomly reboots during Skype call. Moreover it also gets slightly heated up. If any one wants additional information, I am running Purity + Franco Kernel.
Same problem here. Phone doesn't heat that much for me though.
I'm running PA beta 4 stock kernel.

This is a known issue of skype app. Just do a search on google and you see that you are not the only one. i heard there is a moddem skype version that doesnt have this issue. Just give a try.
