i want it because of all call blocker apps are doing that the call come into the phone.but i want something like that when someone trying to call me they found my number "switch off" or "call ended" or "network busy" but not user busy.. coz for this case the caller knows that i blocked him/her.

Hi all,
In all of my previous Nokia phones (6600 and N90), there is a feature within the phone to disable sending MY phone number when I call someone. THus, the when I call, the receiver party will see "no number" or something like that.
However, I don't see this feature in the MDA. Is this possible with the MDA?
Start > Settings > Phone then the Services tab.
Select Caller ID and it will (should) open a screen asking if you want to provide Caller ID to Everyone or No one.
Chris
Sending your caller ID is generally a setting of your provider.
If you want to suppress your caller ID for the next call try the following:
#31#phonenumber
This works for all german provider, i'm not sure if this combination works globally.
hope this helps
T-mobile users, I have a question; if you go into the phone settings of your phone(options) and get to services. The option for call forwarding it has 2 checkboxes 1,for busy and another one for unavailable. Which one of the two is related to "ignoring the incoming call". I'm testing out this free service that lets me direct some calls to there mail-box and lets me listen to the message in real-time. I don't want to give up my primary voice box but would like to know how to direct certain callers to the other mail-box; right now I have it set up to go to the other box by typing in the number as busy but its hit and miss or should I put the other box number in both busy and unavailable?
Any and all ideas welcomed.
Nobody knows the answer for this?
Does anyone know of an app that would give the (realtime) option to drop an incoming call without answering (not goto voicemail, just disconnect the call)? I know about MagiCall and other call filtering programs but all of them require you to put in the number beforehand.
Or if that isn't possible, is there an app that would pick up the call and hang it up quickly enough that the caller wouldn't notice?
No one has any suggestions?

Pressing the red END key isn't good enough?
and you should be able to turn off the service "to divert to voicemail when busy" with your provider

This is a pretty good app for dropping calls...do a search for it...you can download the Lite version of it to test it.
Ok, I used to have an app installed on my phone that not only would block calls that i chose (by number) but it gave me the option for an error message to be played for the caller. I had it set to say "your call cannot be completed as dialed, please check the number and dial again." Now I cannot find this app, does anyone know what it is? Please help, thanks.
Jason
Not the app you're looking for, but I use aFirewall and it blocks calls. It just sends them to Voice mail, but if you have Google Voice you can set it up to send them to a really obnoxious voice mail message.
Yea, I had that, but the app I had before literally made the caller think your number had been disconnected. It was sweet.
cm6 rc2 has a blacklist in call settings, works just fine.

Yes, this works also, but it doesn't redirect to voicemail. It just outright end the call.
back to my main question, blacklisting is not the thing wanted, it is the message played to the caller, "your call cannot be completed as dialed, please check the number and dial again.
I had an app that allowed the user to chose the message the caller hears, another option was the...beep...beep...beep...beep tone.
It was sweet.
I would be interested in finding the name of this app... I'll keep an eye on this thread.
Done tonnes of searching and can't find what you mean.
If you do find it please send me a PM, sounds class

I'm pretty sure Google Voice does this, When I was reading the GV FAQ awhile back I remember thinking what a really cool function of GV it was. On the downside I believe GV has to be your primary number though, not positive, you might wanna check it out.

Google voice does let you set a specific number to get a disconnected message.
It does require for you to use google voice as your voicemail, but it does not need to replace your current number.
i've used this feature and it is quite effective. for maximum effect just set the option within your phone book to send the caller directly to voicemail.
your phone will not even ring.
Easybusy
I think you talking about easybusy. I use it and have my phone set to forward calls to a fake number like 555-555-5555. One problem, I'm currently testing the new energy rom and now my easybusy software will not work.
I would like to know if it possible to send a busy text message while you on a call, like the custom "Reject a Call With Text Message" on the GS5. Does it appear like when you not on another call?

Not really understand your question.
Why you need to send a busy text message while you are in a call?

I don't know let's say I'm with a customer on the line and I can't take the other call waiting and just want to let the other person know that I'm not ignoring his call just that I'm on the other line and will call him back.
My friend told me that he can do it with is Note3 but I wonder if that's the same with the GS5?

Yes, on my Note 3 it is enabled by default. If the S5 does not support this feature, you can find another custom rom that support it, or a rom porting from Note 3 firmware (if any).

I see. Typically the other side will get the notification message "Call waiting..." while calling you, so he/she will know your are in a call. You just ignore the incoming call. If you want to turn off the call waiting feature, you can use my Advanced Call Settings app to disable it.
(open 'Advanced Call Settings' app > 'Others' tab > CW (Call Waiting) > Deactivate button)

A friend just tested it with me and you can do it with the SG5.
Thanks for everything.
