Hello folks,
Will the Verizon Note 3 work in Doha, Qatar? Is it better to get an international plan or a local sim?
thanks!

Hello, I am new to the xda forums and I thought I'd ask you knowledgeable folk about my dilemma. I currently live in Canada and am going to purchase an unlocked Galaxy Note 3 from Negri Electronics. I was about to buy the N9005, I presume that works on Bell's LTE service correct? Because I saw also on the site a Samsung N900W8 Galaxy Note 3 LTE 32GB (Bell) (Unlocked).. which confused me. Will the n9005 work on my LTE network or do I have to buy the second one? Thank you.
you need LTE on 1700MHz/AWS for Bell... N9005 does not this.
N900W8 is better if you want LTE
Hi,
Does anyone know if this model comes internationally unlocked from the provider?
I'm looking for a Note 3 to use outside of the US.. I bought a Sprint variant on ebay and found that it has to be unlocked by the carrier for international use, so it's just sitting as a paper weight for the last couple months.
Does the Verizon model have the same issue?
Thanks.

The verizon note 3 is globally unlocked to any carrier and any country that supports it's bands. I believe you need to call verizon so they can turn on the global feature on your account when you're traveling.
Hello all,
I am new to XDA, so I apologize if this question has been answered before. I am coming from an iPhone 4s to (Hopefully) a Note 3; however I need to figure out what model to get. I have Metro PCS, so I would need an unlocked model. But my question is which should I buy to be able to use their 4G LTE towers / data speeds? I saw on another thread that one note 3 doesn't work with USA 4G LTE, so you can understand my concern.
TL;DR: I have metroPCS in california (USA) and want an unlocked Note 3, which model do I need to buy to use 4G LTE
You Need SM N9005 international variant & is fully unlocked. You can use LTE on that

I am willing to purchase a 64GB Note 3. I see that Spring has it. It is NOT the international version (N9005), it is instead N9006.
I have the fillowing questions:
1. Has anyone purchased it? Does it really exist? (I am NOT in USA now, so I cannot go to a physical Sprint shop).
Does it really have 64GB internal memory?
2. What are the difference between N9005 and N9006?
3. Can I unlock it to use it overseas (in Europe)?
Thank you
Saulo
I would also like to know if this N9006 64GB Samsung Note 3 from Sprint can be unlocked paying the usual $55 fee. Or does one need to puechase a 3 years plan?
Thank you
Saulo
Is the Sprint N9006 Note 3 a CDMA + LTE3 version? I mean won't it work on GSM network?
When I travel in a country with NO LTE and GSM, won't it work as it is a CDMA phone?
Thank you and waiting.
can somebody point me to a useful page with the hardware differences among different Note 3 types?
2. Here in China they have rooled out a TD-LTE type of 4G: is a Note 3 purchased in US or Canada be able to llink to the local TD LTE?
Thank you
Saulo
