Hello there. I would like to ask is it possible to get soft key buttons like the one in nexus 5 (transparent one) on note 3 with stock rom?
(Between I'm rooted) :what:
If yes, how then?

You can do so. I followed this video. http://m.youtube.com/watch?v=9mhcvWgAULI
Edit: the keys won't be transparent though.

If you are rooted you could install Xposed Framework and Gravitybox module.
Gravitybox can enable navigation bar amongst a lot of other tweaks.

Thank you very much. But still got 1 question, how could I move the menu button to the left side?
(I don't want to enable custom key since it's not useful to me?

Hmm, I don't know how to do that.
I'm using the default setting so: Recents - Home - Back - Menu
I have menu set to always show but the only buttons I can change the position of with Gravitybox is swap Recents and Back.

Ty dude. I've figured out a way to satisfy me
I made the recent button with the function of menu button but when long pressed, it acts as recent app button <3

Is there any way to put it into the quick toggles instead of going deep in settings.
Thanks

The majority of custom roms allow you to do this.

False, you should be able to do it on stock rom as well. Check out Xposed framework and a module called Gravitybox. (Root needed)

Quick Settings is easy enough for me. Enable task bar (without logo) for quick access.
Hope this helps,

This is from the galaxy s3 days, it also works on the new note 10.1 as well. Just follow the directions in the link. http://brandtkrueger.wordpress.com/...ation-buttons-on-the-galaxy-s3-requires-root/

Tried adding a menu button but it only works for Google now with a long press.
Edit: menu button applied with xposed and xblast module. It does work in apps but not on the home screen.

Except for our devices to disable MENU & BACK you edit sec_touchscreen.kl and it only has 8 lines in it.
I've seen on the Korean Variants that the notification bar at the top of the screen is centred in the middle - does anyone know how this can be done on other variants of the Note 3?
Thanks in advance
Use wanam and you can do that and a lot more

I think he's talking about tablet mode where the notification drop down is in the center
I think I'll give up on what he's talking about. Hoe cam you have everything in the middle. ... No space for it.

It is possible the Korean variants have this option but I can't figure out how to.get it working on other roms. What I mean is the status bar icons are grouped in the middle and not to the right edge of the bar

I don't see that on any website.

Try g2 tweakbox from playstore. It has options to add or change navbar softkeys for rooted stock.

Sent from my SM-N9005 using XDA Premium 4 mobile app
Look for an option called BatteryBar in your BoBCaTROM Application and turn it off.
Thank a lot Drawn to life for your helping. Now its disable.

No problem. For future reference, I've never even heard of your rom, but I just took a guess at where you'd find your option.
