Not for most users. 3.5.15 hasn't been widely deployed. I only got it on one of my Nexus S phones yesterday. The other has only had it for a week.
It is quite annoying however. It should separate purchased apps from apps you have downloaded for free.

It looks like 3.5.16 is now rolling out and it brings the paid apps tab back. So that is good news

I have 3.5.16 but it's no visible difference. It still has only Installed and All, that's it. Which sucks.

I'm already on 3.5.16 but i only got two pages under "My Apps":
"Installed" and "All".
It would be nice to have a page listing all the paid apps.
About the "All" page, it seems like Google is working/thinking on a way to delete apps from the list.
"We know that some users are looking for a way to delete old apps from Google Play, and we'll certainly take this into account as we work to improve the Google Play experience in the future."

Recovering deleted files.

My dad accidentally deleted a few movies from my Nexus. Is there anyway to get them back like recycle bin on windows?

If there was a recycle bin then the stuff wouldnt actually be deleted. Theyd just be stored in a spot for unwanted things. Emptying the recycle bin is when u actually felete the stuff so if there was one on the nexus 10 it would still take up space after deleting things.

How did u get it to work im really interested in this app . i already installed it it shows two apps on of the apps when u first open closes right away and then when i open it again it works but i cant do anything to change anything. please help thanks

I guess neither of you read the part of the post explaining what it is you're installing on your tablet.
The app has no proper UI yet, only a skeleton "UI Skeleton" that does nothing aside from telling which Panel installed on your tablet is detected.

You can only see it because you had it installed. Log out of Google or open that URL in incognito mode, it's gone.

I had it installed once and I originally opened the link in Google play games. I can uninstall and reinstall it.. sent the link to a friend and it worked for him.

Don't have it installed I can install and uninstalls and install it as many times. It works.

I can open the link just fine. Google allows me to install it on my Nexus 7, which doesn't have the app currently installed.

Already has location access. Still.FC in most cases

On Exynos it doesn't work, like previous Pixel 2 wallaper we need wait for a fix.
