What ROM did you flash? sounds like a bad flash... reflash, or try a different ROM

you didn't break your device , you can reflash it following the flash instructions included , for an example , in rafyvitto's rom's post .Just have a look there .

If it dosnt start by camera press button and hold then reset button(this puts device in bootloader mode) if that doesn't place your device in bootloader mode its brick't, thats is if you have the 1.00 radio.

Thank's Rafyvitto , but I press camera button end hold reset , the phone don't start, just write in black screen with white : S200_3.003b.00_EN

end don't work , don't start . I waitt 1 hour but the screen dosen't change , it's the same screen like begining. I don't know what I make , maybe I flesh it with a wrong rom , but now if you know ? it's posibile flash again or make something for start , if the phone don't start? Thank's very much....

You can save it, cause the screen that says "clean boot" is the bootloader, so you just need to press the bootloader combination of the 2.00 radio, press power + volume + camera holding all these press reset, if you see a red led blinking then its in bootloader mode, and you can flash your device.

No, my Acer S200 don't want to start reflash, I try exactaly end the red led is blinking but the all the flash rom don't start....just say update failure veryfi the connection USB. I trying with the Acer_EUU haker version 1 end 2. I thing that the phone is dad. Maybe is another solutions? I waitt...Thank's again, very much.

If you know , maybe it 's an solution for boot the rom on the storage card ? I thing , if the phone don't connect with the pc with usb cable is normaly that the flash don't start, maybe if I put the rom on the storage card then the phone will try to boot on the storage card, but I don't know how to make that. Would like to know how to flash it without activesync? I downloaded OEM ROM just can not install it without the NeoTouche beeing synchronized via active sync...
Please help how to do that without active sync...

You need active sync for flash your s200 , so you plug usb cable between pc end phone with micro usb. After that you need to entre in bootloader mode ( for bootloader mode you need press simultanly power , camera end volume end reset while the red led is blinking) . If your led red is blinking then you can start flash rom with any flash , but I recomanded for you an original flash with ACER_EUU.exe hack , not originaly for that just download hack acer_euu.exe end replace it in directory flash rom. If you still can't make the reflash I need to know what is your version of rom? Your version is in the left corner on the first line. See you later....

update failed
Hello,
I wanted to update Neotouch from official rom 2.003.00_de to 3.003c.00_de.
The update failed and when i start the device, now I see on display:
- in the upper left corner: s200_3.003c.00_DE
- in the middle "clean boot"
- under it "acer"
I tryed to go in the bootloader mode:
I removed the Akku for ca. 10sek.
I connected device and PC via usb.
I pressed Volume down + camera buttons together, then the power button and when it starts to blinking the LED red, I press reset with the pen.
The LED is blinking red, but the display is black?
(it is correct?)
Then I started on PC the "EUU_Acer_S200_3.003c.00_DE_03.03.08_3.003c.00_20100205.exe"
...extracting...install prompt...ok...
window: "welcome to the device software update utility" etc. with the notifications to connect
... next..
and then:
"Update failed. The device software utility occurs trouble connecting to your device"
what am I doing wrong?

I unpacked the originial
"EUU_Acer_S200_3.003c.00_DE_03.03.08_3.003c.00_201 00205.exe"
and replace the "ACER_EUU.exe" with
File

Then I clicked the "EUUFrontEnd.exe" and the "install prompt" started, then for a second, there is an Error window.
I searched in the posts here in neotouch forum for this problem, but idont understand much and my english is very bad.
Iam only user, I have no background knowledge. Please help me, if you can.

did you bring your device on "flash mode"?
what rom does it have now?
When I bouhgt mine I did excactly the same thing
It had 2.003.... official ROM and I flashed it with the new official 3.003b.....
camera+reset and then the steps as you did.
maybe it's something in the 3.003c drivers and the hacked .exe does not work..

Your phone S200 is not dead, you can save it, but is 2 way from the led red blinking, if your led red is on/off very well then is the bootloader, if the red led is blinking with have a small break (off) then you aren't in bootloader. Then you need press the Volume down + camera buttons + power button + reset with the pen , all the button togheter, while the red led is blinking (on / off) quickly end now you are in bootloader. After that you need Acer_EUU.exe Hack version v1 ( is exactaly - 3.432.960k ) .Just replace it end go. Good luck!

I flashed a customrom here from the forum. It stopped at 99,2%!
But the device was able to start and the rom runs.
Then i started the official acer update again and without problems it was installed. Now i happy again!

I have changed my GSII rom to 2.3.4. and would like to root the GSII again, finally I disconnect the odin, then the GSII can't reboot and the battery become very hot.

Try to get out the battery for 2-3 minutes, let the heat to disapear, put the batt back and power on. Hope will work

Well, I suggest you to try VillainROM 2.1. You will have to flash cf-root (the version of it has to be the same as the version of your current f/w), connect your phone to pc and get the VR 2.1 into your sd card then power off your phone, volume up + power + home button - do a full wipe - choose to install a zip from sd, flash villain and you will be fine..hope so. If you get stuck @ any point, you can scream for help cuz I will be here to support you mate

Just tell me one thing: is your phone powered on and is stuck? You can't do anything? Even if you pull out the battery and get it back, wont boot or what exactly?

yes, it is power on and stuck and it can't open. I pull out the battery and put is back and it won't boot.

Try to enter download mode (volume down + power button + home button) and flash with odin a stock rom.

The main problem now is I can power on my GSII so I can't enter any download mode and recovery mode.
I don't know how to do now and please help me, thank you.

Just power off your phone. If doesn't work by the power button, pull out the battery. When the phone is powered off, press the 3 buttons same time and you will enter download mod.

Sorry for my typo mistake, now I can't power on my GS2 so I don't know how to enter to download mode

You dont have to power on your device to enter download mode. Just push VOLUME DOWN BUTTON, POWER BUTTON and HOME BUTTON in the same time. Then, push volume down to enter odin mode. After that, connect your cable to your device and press start in odin (before that, dont forget to put the stock f/w into PDA in Odin)

My GSII still no response and I think the row is dead and can't bootup so how can I do? Tks brother

So after your flashing width odin did odin say pass or complete?
You may still be able to get into download mode but just not see it,
When you hold the key combination then plug it into odin and see if it comes
Up with the yellow box that tells your if your device is connected.
edit : so you hold power, volume down and home then you have to press up to enter download mode, after this plug it in to odin and see if you can see the phone.

There is no response after boot my phone and it hasn't say pass or complete.
Then the phone can't open again and I don't know how to do now, please help.

try to press the 3 buttons for the download mode until it again .... wait up to 1-1.5 minutes, while holding the 3 keys..... if does not work,I think that the bootloader could be damaged

e.g. I changed:

After that, I can't turn on my phone anymore T.T
When I press the power button, the LG logo appears, and then vibrate, logo disappear, after a few seconds the logo comes back and that's it!
It just stays there (I waited for 2 hours and it didn't change,so I turned it off)
Please help~

Enter download mode, and flash your firmware like this: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2409308 or just open LG Mobile Support Tool and select "Recover Phone". It does the same thing but it's easier.
Nothing's lost, you'll get it fixed.

My guess is 20A is ICS, 10C is the first release of Gingerbread, and 10E whatever update they did to it. If you're not sure, go with the LG Mob Supp Tool, it's safer and easier.

Did it work before with the exact firmware update you had? Remove the battery of your phone and re-insert it (don’t turn it on). Press and hold Volume Up button and Volume Down button. While you are pressing the two buttons, press the Power button or insert USB cable (try both if it doesn't work). Or try with: phone off, volume down + insert cable. I don't know the exact combination for your phone.

try vol down+power
when keys light up, touch menu key (vibrates)

Even if you can't go to download mode you'll still be able to use kdz on it. just plug it in and start it. And btw, be careful next time. My Optimus L7 got hard bricked and I needed to go to LG for them to fix it.

My phone after installing a rom, maybe corrupted, does not enter into emergency mode or recovery mode or PC Suite USB mode.
There is some more method install another rom?

Yes, already tried with phone but the phone restarts and appears black screen and back to normal start. I've tried all the buttons and sequences but does not work any.

You don't need that for a kdz with reset all data... Whats the link for the tutorial that you are following?

I do not follow any tutorial, i'm already used to change the rom through cwm, wipes, install zip from SD through and wipes again.
But now not open the cwm, is black screen and reboots to normal mode. I do not understand what is happening. :x

I dont now if this help, but only way that works for me to get into recovery, is holding both, vol+ and vol- keys, while presing home, and power button, when the phone vibrates, release power button, but keep holding vol+, vol- and home button for about 2 seconds, then release everything....
phone should boot into recovery now...

yes, I also used this combination of keys to enter the recovery once but now does not work, call a black screen and does not vibrate.
By KDZ also can not do anything because they also do not enter the emergency mode or in "pc suite".
Not even know how to solve this problem: x

How do you enter in emergency mode?
I do it by taking the battery off, then conect the cable to phone, hold vol+ (or vol-, i dont remember) and then conect the cable to the pc

Already tried it, until with two combinations of keys but does not work, do not understand: (

I'm having the same exact problem. Early in mornign I flashed a rom with cwm and didnt like it at all. Then I flash the homer v20 with KDZ and now it does not boot, neither the emergency mode works as I install it with that mode.

dude ..remove the battery then press vol down with home and power ..all together until emergency or download mode comes ..if doesnt tri volume up ..if it doesnt then try this ...press volume down with home and power ..the front lights will light for 2 seconds ..just remove finger from home button and still on powe with vol down ..i wish i help you i faced this in my l5 and i think they are the same

I already tried all the possible combinations of keys to wake up the smartphone but it does not work neither. That's the bigger problem: (

Final solution is emergency or download mode. if u can not enter it, u shoud take it to service center as soon as possible

[SOLVED] help...soft brick!

Today I stuffed up my phone... I owned a Sony Acro S and Transformer Prime, which I flashed custom roms and recoveries on both with no issues.
I thought I'd be ok to try my G2...I was wrong.
I was able to root the device perfectly, then searching around I found an apk file for flashing twerp recovery. Which I did then I chose to reboot the phone, thats when I got stuck on the LG start up screen and the LED flashed blue and green. Then I realized the way I tried to put twerp on isnt suitable for my model.though saying that if I hold the power and down button I can get into twerp, but then I reboot and get stuck on the LG screen again.
I am on Stock Kitkat and my model number is D802T Australian version.
Please help... step by step help would be great.
I thought I knew what I was doing and no im confused.
I have searched and tried a few methods which I was unable to fix my issue.

Hmm, i dont know what you mean. By pressing the power and down button it takes me to a white factory reset screen, then takes me to twerp main screen.

Oh, so you can enter twrp ? Why don't you install a rom ?

I tried putting it into download mode this morning, which it did then i followed this thread http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2471370 and it work flawlessly!!!!
