How to get multiwindows? - Verizon Galaxy Note 3 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

I have Xposed Launcher, Winam Xposed, and Multiwindow Manager Plus. I have them enabled in Xposed but I can only have the default 2 windows. I am rooted and have Bean's ROM.

You need Multi-Window Plus, install it then enable 4-Window.

Oops, that's what I meant. I have MultiWindow Plus. I even got the donate version cuz it worked so nice on my Note 10.1 2014. On this Note it doesn't do it.

It works fine for me on Baja ROM.

This is driving me crazy..
I have Bean's Rom installed on a ROM slot in Safestrap mode. Maybe this doesn't work with Bean's Rom? Does anyone have Multiwindow Plus working with Bean's?

Ok I tried stock and installed Baja and it works on both of those. I'm thinking it must be a Beans issue. Must not work with Beans.

The mod that is in baja was done by @kalkat579 its posted in themes and apps should be easy enough just install it issue fixed
Do or do not there is no try

[Q] Nexus 4 Android 4.3 Superuser Built In?

I just flashed Android 4.3 Stock onto my Nexus 4 and before i was running CyanogenMod 10.1.2 I noticed that superuser was built into the settings app in many other custom roms like Cyanogenmod. I was wondering if there was a way to do this on stock android instead of installing SuperSU as an app?
The attachment is a picture of what i mean.

Hence, the reason for custom ROM existence, is doing wicked-cool stuff like this.
TL;DR, nope. Custom is your friend (and only friend) for things like this.

Where can i read more about implementing this into my own custom Rom i am familiar with making roms.
Would it be possible to just have this in by modifying stock ROM?

Yeah, if you know what your doing you can decompile the settings apk and add in a superuser option. As long as it doesn't involve framework changes

Yes, with the Xposed Framework and Wanam (in custom settings) you can remove or change the text.

I just changed mine and it's working fine. Did you install the framework and then put a check make next to Wanam in the Modules section?

That could be it. All I've done is run the ROM and replace SU. I'll check it later. Thanks a lot.

Maybe it's a odex thing. Try to enable compatibility mode and try it. I don't use Viper4Android so I'm not 100% sure. But I her users are using this without any issues.

So compatibility mode doesn't work as well? If not may be you need to switch the app as System app. I remember having this problem with LG device.
Basically move the Viper4Android to System/priv- apps folder and give proper permission and reboot. Then install the driver and see if that works.
Edit: just saw edit, yes it might work
I've tried this method already and it didn't work

You should try using the latest Xposed. I believe it's up to 85.

Does xposed not work with the 6P? Had it on my S5 and want to run it on the 6p. Should we just be considering the CM13 ROM? Looks like CM13 has it in the ROM.
xposed works fine on my 6p. I have a rom that is close to stock
Xposed is working fine on my 6P running stock as well.
OP: The "gzip: short write" error is kinda odd. From a quick google, it might be an out of space issue. Check your system partition to ensure that there's sufficient free space.
