Is ti common for the signal to be lower on a rom vs stock rom..
Im using cloudypro and my signal is very low and sometimes actually alot jumps from lte to H to 3g
When i was on stock i had a constant 5 bars and so does my wife s4
Its always the case for me. I think its just cosmetic though, I haven't noticed a drop in signal while talking
loved my g2 but i think it has weaker signal on low signal areas. i made a comparison with my iphone 5s same sim network, iphone 5s has at least 2 or 1 dot of signal and never drops but my lg g2 always show an x on the signal bars. anyone experienced this? any solution or maybe its a hardware problem?
I have tried 2 lollipop cm12 roms and i get a weak rather unstable network reception compared to kitkat stock or cloudy g3....is there a fix for better network reception. Like most of the tym the phone is in 3G rather than hsdpa which is usable for internst
What do you guys think about the cellular strength. Mine loses lte signal and switches to 3g where my other devices keep the lte signal (with reasonable speed). It's about 5-15 dbm more than the other phones. The 3g signal is good tho.
I also experienced this, wanna know is this normal or my phone is defective.
Haven't noticed a difference myself but I have only had the phone for a couple of weeks now. I also flashed to the UK firmware and live in a major metro area . Oddly enough my house is always a dead spot no matter what phone I use. The Tmobile 4G LTE Cellspot fixes that for me at home though so I can't really comment otherwise.
I opened the case to clean my g2 and after that my device is getting poor wifi signal. It gets exellent signal quality only near the router...can I fix it ?
+1. I have two G2s, one has noticeably weaker WiFi.
