You can use a kitchen, also has programs for this purpose. Use a search engine and you will find what is needed and explain how. this is never unnecessarily

I'm on TPG Australia which is just running through Optus, are you able to dump the baseband and RIL for me? You can upload it anywhere you want as its only a small file size, thank you

download terminal emulator and do steps a->e, and also the RIL using this method
And also these files, use Root Explorer or any application with Root Access and copy these 4 files from /system/lib/
libril.so
libsec-ril.so
libsecril-client.so
libreference-ril.so
and copy these to the same place as the modem.bin file which should be the root of your internal sd card, can you zip these and upload it somewhere? thank you

Thats fine man ill create a flash-able ZIP out of it, so if you decide to install a custom rom you can just flash this modem and RIL over it and Mobile Data performance should be better as well as battery life.

Have you tryed to download Aptoide from m.aptoide.com?
Than from there try to search those applications (yes, it will not find, but you need to go to browser (will redirect you) and search there)

Then you download a 4.2.2 rom and extract those files for yourself. It's not that hard.

I get MusicPlayerWT.apk from /system/app, but unable to install it to another device (my note is on stock 4.3 without root)
You'll need root or someone with root to grab the app for you.. I would but I'm on CM so don't have it I'm afraid.

sorry for the large request
if its too much a link to a flashable zip of odexed xxufnb3 would be apreciated (i did try searching)
i tried flashing the s5 music player app onto my s4 but i wasnt able to get it to run (it kept force closing)
i didnt care too much about it so i just got rid of it altogether
but i came across a bigger issue i wasnt able to get my phone to read any media files
no gallery app is able to see that i have pictures on my phone
my camera app can take pictures but i cant view it in the gallery app alone
if i find the file using the my files app i can view it
but i cant even change my wallpaper now without a lot of trouble
id really appreciate any help
wether it be the files or a link or input on the problem
thanks a lot
Are you sure the firmware you are trying is correct for your device? Are you sure about the model of your device too? The unique firmware for i9500 xxufnb3 is this ONE.
To be exact it's ubufnb3
I'm not sure how to get apps out of tars
Do you have a link to a flashable zip?
My guess is that since my secmediaprovider isn't odexed it's not reading any media files on my phone

You will have to reflash the firmware via ODIN: HERE. But you will have to write UBUFNB3 in the box like in the pic attached. Download the one you prefer.
