The average user can do nothing with it. It's the source code for the open source parts of the rom that they have to release as part of the licence for them using it.

Well.. there's also open source on that site for .307, but no ZL has gotten that update yet. So I don't think it means anything.
Besides prcrb also mentions .319 fw and not .310.. nobody knows except sony.
They should make an acc here and tell us

After coming back home from work, I connected my Z1 C6902 to the PC and the PC Companion informed that a new firmware for Z1 C6902 are available for downloading. Great, Sony and thank you!
