Just install the apk file of S Voice extract from S3. I uploading that file...

Curious, which ROM are you using? I get an error parsing the package when I try to install it under CM9...

Use root explorer and install to /system/app
Btw also getting fc with TW maybe it is because i have disabled talkback or smt like that?

I guess it is possible with some applications (like this one or this one)
but I am a bit surprised that it is not possible to configure it in "stock" CM10

Yes, it is called TravelService.apk "Travel Wallpaper"

I can't install it but I think it's because the jellybean rom I'm using maybe doesn't allow it. I'm not sure.

Check the Beans ROM thread. Last page or two a guy helped me out and posted a flashable zip for exactly this. Worked great.
