I saw many Android L Theme available here but i dedicated to make it one with different style :laugh:
okay here is requirement to install this theme to full working not just like wallpaper and lockscreen :

Who could tell anymore...
There's something really wrong with latest updates or I can't see what's new.
For me, there are all same apps with a new version number.
All media apps are updated but there's nothing new in them (at least I can't see that).
I've got two Album updates (different versions) with a "what's new: hide pictures". Hmm...That's not new if it was in first update.

i tried placing it in system/app,system/priv-app and even installing it as a normal apk,but it simply didnt appear in the system(it didnt install).
