Is there a root for Verizon Galaxy Note 3 SW-N900V I see a lot of SM-900V
Yes, you can use King or Vroot. There are numerous threads on here explaining how to use them. Or a quick Google search should take you to their websites.
Vroot worked but: I rooted my N900V with vroot and suddenly playstore has gone blank. I tried accessing through a browser and got a no connection error. Is this a Sunday afternoon maintenance thing? Or is something down on my device?

I just got my note 3 yesterday and I'm struggling with whither or not to root now or wait a week to make sure I don't need the warranty
Are there any issues I should consider while I'm weighing the decision
My phone with out root is like a car with out wheels but I also don't want root and find out the hardware is faulty

Take the plunge and root the device! I purchased mine 2 days ago, bought an unlock code and rooted the device. It was a WIND Mobile version which had LTE crippled (since WIND only supports a MAX speed of 4G). I installed the Telus firmware (ROM) and enabled the regional carrier settings to enable the LTE radio band. I have no regrets!
Well went to download cf auto root then i see to check for multitouch issue and find out my new baby is sick
That leaves me with two questions
1 is there a fix
2 will it get any worse because as it is it doesn't bother me but if it were to get worse who knows

My Note 3 from Telus came region unlocked. I sim unlocked it same day. But i do not have multi touch issues. It registers all 10 fingers and when moving all 10. If u shell out lots of cash best get the best possible. But if it doesnt bother u. Take the plunge. Its worth.

Well i didn't shell out anything it was a gift
As i don't play games on it i decided to go ahead with rooting
Not much in the way of custom roms or mods for my model as of yet so i chose lidroid
I liked his work on the n7100

Has anyone got this apk to work for the note 3? Is It Possible? I just want a tether apk that tells me the amount of data that's being used and this one is the only one I know of that does that correctly.

Which one? I can only get the native to work on my note three bypassing it with the hotspot toggle switch widget found on the market, but I rather use the a different one like open garden. but I have no luck making it work.

the only reason i root is to use this app and ive had zero luck with it in the note 3. There is an issue thread on the google code page for it but seems a dead end

Bummer. Hopefully there will be a version that works with GN3 in the future, will use FoxFi ib the meantime

I found you can use wifi tether in native tether mode, but it resets the hot spot settings to default every time you turn it on. I, too, would like it to work properly because I like seeing how much data I use and the network speed.

Is there any risk in using native tether app? I am coming from tmobile, where they'd hassle you to get a tethering plan.

Hey all, I just got a Note 3 last night, and it's my first Samsung device. I was searching for a mod for unlimited apps for the multitasker, I found one for the Note 2, but not the 3. Does one exist, if so, could someone point me in the right direction.

I did do a goole, youtube and xda search and came up short. Perhaps I using the wrong wording.
Go to the app store and type in MULTI WINDOW MANAGER. You have to be rooted to use this.

Idk if there is a thread for this, but i have a particular problem.
I had originally rooted my Samsung Galaxy S5, but unrooted it the next day. (No roms or anything) (i rooted correctly)
I found out i tripped the knox counter (not the problem, well sorta)
The problem is that a week later out of nowhere my camera stops working.
I want to know, if i go in for a return. What will happen? Will i have to pay for the replacement? If so, how much?
I have the T-Mobile version and i am on the jump program.
I need answers before i try turning it in tomorrow.

Hay guys i accidentally removed my shealth app from my phone and i couldn't find it any where kindly if someone could give me the app for note 3 as many internet searchs it gave me s5 or note4 shealth but its pretty much useless.....my phone ia not rooted so some app by installing normally would be better.
Ps:- after unistallinh ths shealth is not showing in galaxy app store.
