Hey there.
When I flash ANY AOSP Roms on my d802 (Nameless, Omni, DU, you name it, flashed them all, the screen doesn't rotate.
Anyone knows how to fix this issue?
Thank you
The Kit Kat modem breaks that on AOSP ROMs. I've seen that in almost every forum. Flash the JB modem and you'll have rotation back. Or just wait it out. ROMs will eventually be fixed to work with these things once an actual Kit Kat kernel can boot on AOSP

Somewhere in this thread I think. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2451426 I don't have your variant so not exactly sure which one you need. Someone in that thread will help you out I'm sure though. Just flash the one you need in recovery

So I recently rooted my LG Optimus L3 and have come across and interesting issue, it appears that in anything other then the stock rom, I have no wifi. I have tried 3 different versions of CM9 and MIUI with no success. If anybody knows the issue and how to fix it that would be an awesome help thanks.
Incompatible baseband. Solution is either change your baseband or try another Kernel.
Thanks

Thanks, so another question how would i got about doing that?
You can change your baseband by flashing newer version of KDZ. Or flash some other kernel on the development section.
Sorry, but again how would i go about doing that.

All,
Currently running 4.2.2 12b on Verizon LG G2 rooted with ioroot22. I really want to flash CWM and then either slimkat or CM11. Issue is, there are like a million different threads on how to flash recovery. I have no idea which method is the most reliable at this point or where to get the latest recovery build as there seem to be so many different opinions. One thing I'm sure of is that I don't want TWRP based on the bad experiences folks seems to be having. Can someone please refer to the right website/thread where I can get all the info I need? I'm sick of searching all the threads and getting contradicting info.
C'mon folks, just a few pointer please. Thanks!

I have successfully used twice on my D802 in 4.2.2 the .bat method CWM install in the link that I gave you. I've flashed Philz after, in recovery.

FYI, used freegee. Worked flawlessly. Flashed CWM 6.0.4.7 with no cache wipe issues or anything. Works just like it did on my galaxy nexus.

Strange, as I have used it many times before without a problem on lolipop and kitkat! Too bad it was of no help to you.
Are you using a n900t @scotteb ?

no, 900w8 but from my knowledge of these phones, they are basically the same. The file I gave you was made by @filichi and was for the 900w8 and the 900t. I still need to use it on some rom's but not as much as i did months ago.
Aight cool well maybe I was using the old kit kat file.. Lemme download a tw ROM and give it a go! Thanks for the speedy reply @scotteb

Its been a while since I installed it myself but from what I remember, I believe it only worked if it was flashed over the stock g2 kitkat (or jellybean) rom. I've never really used bootstacks myself so I don't really know which one to go for, however I'd assume you could start by looking for ones made for kitkat.
Personally, I would do a clean install of the stock kk rom, reroot, flash custom recovery, and then install cm11.
