What is this and where can I get it? I'm talking about the interface on the screen. Is it an application?

It's battery widget reborn in the play store. It's not a wireless charging orb app.

Can't trim 4k video?

I took a video in the highest setting (I think it's 4k?) and when I went to trim the video it keeps saying unsupported. Is this happening to everyone on their note 3?
