My phone is lagging a lot while playing shadowgun and dead trigger 2.. After giving a reset it woks fine for some time then again starts lagging
Sometimes while using Google Chrome phone freezes for few minutes, can't even drop down notification bar..

Install Seeder or Fstrim. I know seeder works as I have it running.

Pardon if this is the wrong area.
OK so ever since N.O.V.A. 3 came out for iPad I have been addicted to it and be live it or not till now I never did play the story mode only played the multi player. Anyways have been dreading to get it on my Galaxy note and finally got it a few days ago and when I try to play multi player, the game just lags. It is slow and takes for ever to just turn or move and run and fly shoot when playing in my note and before I know it someone has already shot me. I don't think its my phone as when I tried the normal story mode it runs just fine.
Than I realised it also works fine when playing online but the lags happen when playing in a crowded area, as in if there are 4 or more players in the round when we start shooting each other the game lags for me. I never had this issue on my iPad at all so I don't know what's up. My wifi on my phone never is full, even as I type now its 2 bars and not full so I did Google this issue and how to increase wifi strength but didn't get any answers. So my issue if anyone can help is how do I improve the wifi strength though I don't know if the with is the issue why the game lags when there are more than 4 players in the game together. So any help?

Are you using Chainfire mod?
You may need to O/C the phone
Works fine here. You'll have to flash a new modem if you want to fix wifi speeds, but it won't guarantee faster speeds.

Wtf have to switch off phone 10-15 times a days till it gets cool...

If this isna soft issue ... thn plzz suggest a good rom which can help...

I have said it in other threads, I have no heating issues here. When I play CPU/GPU intensive games it certainly gets warmer but nothing outrageous or worse than other phones I have had and it doesn't get uncomfortable to touch. I certainly don't need to power it off for it to cool down, that sounds worrying to me.
Then I think I have to contact the service centre...
And should go fr a replacement. ...

If I were u I would certainly get a replacement which I did and my second s4 is fine even wheni play intensive games it does not get hot like my previous s4 use 2 do

Mine gets warm when playing games or GPS but never hot hot hot
If you are at home screen and its hot makes sure GPS is off and go into task manager to make sure nothing is running in background!!!
Hello, i have noticed in the last few days that every time I drop down the notification bar it lags and makes my phone look slow and laggy and sometimes it's just hangs there halfway for like 5 seconds. I am rooted running stock with xposed and it has never happened before.
SOLVED : I tried changing kernel and changed to Franco from hells core and it seemed to fix the problem but does have microlags sometimes

Hi, my Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 T530 is lagging as hell even on low settings when playing Gta SA. Anyone knows why? I tried both 1.02, 1.03 and 1.05 versions of the game.

Weird, my 7.0 shows no lag at all in medium-high settings. Did make sure you have Power save mode off? With power save the game will be so slow and sometimes it won't even load.

Yes, I never get Power Save mode on. It's always off. Also I tried resetting my tablet. Same. Btw are you using original game or pirate. My gta sa is pirate

You might want clear some RAM before you start. But beware that if its modded it won't work correctly sometimes (e.g Pirated Versions)

Recently I've been getting lots of hangs when using my note 4.. it's only a couple weeks old.
Sometimes when typing the system just freezes or types really slow, other times when scrolling through Facebook or Skype.
Also when playing music the music stop playing for a couple of seconds then resumes. Streaming does the same.
Using different apps to play music does nothing.
Has anyone else had similar problems?
What would you recommend? Warranty return?
Reset all data?
Love my note 4 but is getting on my nerves slightly now! :banghead:

Just in the nick of time Samsung released an update which seems to of stopped all lag issues I was having..
Can now start enjoying my phone again..
