GPS not working.
I got my ZTE blade from Swiss orange and flashed it with CM7 Nightly 08312011
My GPS is not working, accelerator does and everything else but GPS just wont work...
What should i do? flash it with another rom? is there some kind of a fix that someone is familiar with? Did anyone have a similar problem and if anybody knows what might be the issue please, cuz I'm ultra noob, i already bricked one HTC so i don't like doing it...

Enable use wireless networks for location in location settings
Or try a stable cm7 build

That is a really old CM7 nighly you installed, try a newer one.

Nightly 257
I will trz nightly 257... I'll let zou know if it sorts the problem...

It's still old use newer ones like burstlam's latest with beats and bravia u can find it at cm Kang development

Well I flashed it with nightly 257 and it seems to be working
iGo tells me where to go
Thank you all, and i will install those newer roms but for now i'll stick with this one cuz i need gps and i know that this one works.

I have tried all the cm after n257 and almost all roms out there and gps works on all as I too use gps regularly

Aurora ICS 4.0.4 for u8800 - Version 5.0 update 2

I startet this Thread because i could not reply to the thread of DZO.
I will only say that this ROM - Version 5.0 update 4, which is not more available in the posting, is working well.
I have no more reboots.

i am using the same rom and i had two reboots. the first one, when i closed the bluetooth (also it finds devices but not connected) and the second when my phone was charged and next i tried to close wifi. Otherwise, his rom is excellent!!!!!!!

Both Version 5.0 update 4 and update 5 cant use camera (can not connect to camera error). Is it same on your phones?

Version 5.0 update 7 crash log
Wi-fi stops working, I tried to turn off .. freeze and restart the phone

Going from update 2 to update 5 gave me a bootloop and I don't know why... any ideas?

Hi, i have no more problems with reboots or with other functions, but if i am using bluetooth my battery drains very very fast.
Can somebody try the bluetooth function.

Now i updatet it to 9. But the bluetooth pairing is now without function. I testet the rom from paul milbank then bluetooth pairing is ok but now i can not activate wifi.

Are you using NOOP? If not, try change it to it.

Today I updated my u8800 with the update 11, and my camera stopped working... I get an error, whenever I try to access it... Can anyone help me?

seems to me that the file is offline. Always get "404 not found". Checked several browsers on Desktop and Phone. Hope i'll get my update soon, im addicted

I think its an Cm10.2 issue and not rom specic, but I maybe its intersting for every one. I have the problem that the mount points for extsd seems to be totaly different from official 4.1. So Tomtom doesnt find the map on the Sd card and Gl2sd seems to work on the first view with a file explorer, but the games doesent find the SD Data. So is there a way to get it "natively" to work? At the moment I use foldermount.

I uploaded this ROM Jelly Bean 4.3 (CyanogenMod 10.2) 20,131,027th Everything OK. After reboot only logo. I went from 10.1 CM fullwipe. Consult same time, what?bettled arctics

Lates buid: 20131029 is awesome and very stable.
No reboot since installation and normally I always have one after a minute or 5.
Ghz bug is completely gone for me and the ui is so smooth!

20131029 - great battery life! but have one problem
- force close "com.android.phone" if I press for long time 2G/3G rapid toggle and lost connection. Need to reboot to connect again.

Using version 21.10. All feature are working great. Only have random reboot when playing clash of clan. 4 time since last 2 days. When using muaic player, the song will skip / change to next song when received call or messages. I do experience 1ghz bug from timw to time. I hope maclaw read this since i cant post in the dev thread.

Only problem I have is that I cannot stop the home button from unlocking the phone. Tried toggling setting under lock screen settings.

i recently flashed dmod v6 rom on my s3 mini, my question is, would i have any problems if i flash cm 10.2 by maclaw over this current rom i have on my phone? i hope someone can answer my question i really want to use maclaw's rom coz i've been reading about how great it is!

You wont have any problems. Just wipe after you flash. You can even flash with ODIN.

[Q] Endomondo doesn't record the track CM11

Hello everybody,
I have just flashed my LG L7 P700 with this ROM CM11 - KitKat Prime 4.4 LG P700, and my phone works really fine. It is marvelous, but I have a problem with Endomondo PRO 9.4
My problem is that it does not record the track, and GPS works well, I mean, when using Google maps, GPS works without any problem. Google maps show my location.
I have looked for a solution in the forum, but I have not found anything.
Has anyone found a solution? Am I doing something wrong?

Now Endomondo works with the last version of ROM CM11 - KitKat Prime 4.4 LG P700 of 6 March, 2014. Thank you szymel0

You know ... CM 11 is buggy , you have 3 choises .
1) Switch to My Tracks by Google .
2) Flash else ROM .
3) If you really paid for this app , request it's maker to give you your money back ...

Thank you, I have tried My tracks, and it works perfect.
It is very strange that endomondo doesn't work, and My track works.

I just want to update what I said in the first post.
Now it works. I have updated my phone to the last version of CM11 - KitKat Prime of 06.03.2014 and now, Endomondo works perfectly.

[E610] GPS not working CM 11

Hi. I'm using unofficial CM11 and everything was fine untill I wanted to use GPS. GPS can find my position, but he refresh every few seconds and does not show the speed or different stats. Is there any fix? I was trying clean install, but it doesn't work.

I'm using CM11 Beta 9.1 from PecanCM and everything work fine, gps too. Sometimes it can't find satelites but GPS fix app is helpfull then
