I am not sure whether or not my problem started when I rooted my phone, but I cannot send or receive mms anymore. I'll try to post my apn settings, any help or advice is appreciated. The new root method for mk2 worked flawlessly and my phone is definitely rooted.
Thank you for any assistance.

Was having so much trouble on my S5. This fixed the problem for me too. Thanks
Good afternoon
I am from Brazil and I love my Galaxy S4 with android 4.3 it is a sensational phone. On the other hand I lost some files in it and I have been digging up ways to recover them. One way was through Dr.Fone. which required root for android 4.3, and I could not find any other solution. I was looking for a trouble free solution without root, but my best shot until now was Dr.Fone.
Do I have to root to recover those files?
Is there anyway I can recover those files without root??
If I have to root how do I do it?
I am newbie so sorry if I seem retard.

To recover deleted files using a mobile app, you probably will need root. There are good guides available on how to root your device. Start by looking here:

But is there any solution even using the PC if necessary without root?

Try Kingo Root

If you're a beginner, I HIGHLY recommend going to www.galaxys4root.com. They have absolutely everything you need right there to get started and much more. That's how I rooted my Galaxy S 4 for the first time. Hope this helps

Kingo Root is what I used and it was very simple just go to there website and click download for windows and run the then plug in your phone give it a couple minuite to install the drivers and then it gives you an option to root just click that and wait and then your rooted
